roslin Posted June 22, 2015 Posted June 22, 2015 HelioHost username: roslinserver: heliohost.orgheliohost main domain: roslintrees.heliohost.org I have been unable to reactivate my site even though I have entered what I believe is my correct username.Using this username I can successfully access the heliohost site with a cpanel login with my username and also access the site with an ftp client and edit the website . Mostly on Johnny accounts. I'm guessing it has something to do with the database missing updates from the suspension scripts.

wolstech Posted June 23, 2015 Posted June 23, 2015 It can take time. Krydos only checks the boards every few days (though he's been around a lot lately with the upgrades we've been doing to Johnny.)
Krydos Posted June 24, 2015 Posted June 24, 2015 Your website is working now. A handful of Johnny accounts have been affected by this. Once the account is reactivated it can take up to 24 hours for the suspension message to go away on its own just like when you add a new domain or create a new account.
