Hi, I want to forward my one subdomain to another server. Because of the storage limit I have, I like to have my blog.mydomain.com subdomain to forward to another server. That particular server needs NS update. They only provided name servers. So I'm in need of updating subdomain's NS. Is it possible? if yes, how can I do it in DND Zone? Thanks.

I got my invite to Tommy ~1.5 months ago and I took the username dr because it was available. I just tried logging into cPanel and it said my password was incorrect. Then, I tried password reset, the email hint that it's showing is completely different from my email. As well, the domains that I had on Tommy are now gone. Can someone explain what is happening? Could this be because I still had a Stevie account? Was I supposed to have deleted the Stevie account to use Tommy?

Hi Domain Name: zoraw.ar.com Until an hour ago, my account was working perfectly fine I was configuring my FTP accounts, when I suddenly got an error and had to sign in. since then, I havent been able to sign in into cPanel. My username is Zorawar and I used the reset password (which cant be used more than twice apparently) but I still cant get in. Further, The Account status recognises my username but the Account Renewal Script does not. Please help me out, I have a dead line with my work.

The domain I got from dot.tk doesn't work with heliohost. I did change the domain with the domain change script. After a few hours, the heliohost subdomain dissapeared, but my .tk domain redirects me into Heliohost account Queued page. Here's my settings: My CPanel username is "ermando". Please help.

Can someone please help me? My heliohost website got hacked, it seems that the hacker changed my cPanel password, and the contact mail so I can't reset my password.
