	Yes, that's because that Byron escalated the topic, he didn't solve it. When something is escalated, it means it is being sent to the main administrator (djbob) who can solve these kind of problems.

	The administrators have a tool which allow us to see which user is using the most server load. Unfortunately, server load isn't the problem, as it is low when he's sluggish, so these tools would be useless in this situation. Might be worth a try though... @admins - look in wizard's admin log for script if you want to try it

	Yup. There is a tiny iframe which points to renew.php?request=cpanel&username=USER or something like that. It only works for the php or phpcp version since we can't retrieve the username from the HTML field.

	Nope, sorry. HelioHost is a free hosting company and doesn't offer premium hosting or virtual private servers. However, there are many others available - search Google
