  1. @cl58tools - His account is showing inactive and not as suspendee. When this happens, the user must run the renew script to reactivate his account. When you unsuspend him, the inactivity script notices that his Last Login Date is 2011-04-22 and then suspends him again becausr he hasn't logged in within one month. @okschool - Please run the renew script. Your account was suspended due to inactivity, please remember to login via the 'cPanel Login' section of the HelioHost homepage at least once a month.
  2. If you have logged in in the past then it may login automatically. If you haven't logged in before it will ask for a username and password Don't worry; your cPanel isn't exposed to your users
  3. There was a weird error in the database. I have fixed it and your site is now showing perfectly. If you still see the suspended page then please clear your cache. Here is the official thread for these issues. Please post here if this happens again: http://www.helionet.org/index/index.php?showtopic=9439
  4. When a server goes down, it can cause minor disruptions to some records in the account database, meaning that an account might be falsely suspended for no reason whatsoever. If you feel you have been wrongly suspended, then please post in this topic and we will solve the matter quickly and efficiently. Fortunately, these issues are easily solved, and can easily be resolved by the administrators and moderators. There are a small variety of possible scenarios listed below: 1. Account Suspended Page - If you can access your cPanel but your site shows the Account Suspended Page then we can easily unsuspend your account. 2. Failed cPanel Login - If you cannot login to your cPanel then make sure you are logging in through the heliohost homepage and your username begins with a lowercase letter (eg. jje NOT JJE or 1jje). If this fails, we can easily reset your password and PM/Email you a new one. 3. Both of the above cases - The administrators/moderators can investigate the matter thoroughly and attempt to resolve the issue. Please try using the renew script before posting. If you are experiencing any of the above scenarios then please create a new post with: 1. Your username 2. Your domain name 3. Your server 4. The number of the scenario you are experiencing Thank you for your cooperation
  5. Yes, that is correct GoldenChang and Krydos. There is currently a delay in the account creation due to this issue and accounts created at the end of this week may be delayed.
  6. There was a weird problem with your account in the database. I have fixed it and now you should see your site fine. If you still see the suspended page then please clear your cache.

  8. Glad your problem got solved! Please spare 2 minutes to fill in our quick survey: http://www.helionet.org/index/index.php?showtopic=8947 Closing...
  9. Unfortunately this is out of our control, as it is the domain registrar's responsibility for these entries. These entries are essential for connecting to the HelioHost servers, and it would be impossible for the domain registrar to automatically set the nameservers to HelioHost, as that would mean that users wanting to use other hosting services would be unable to do so. Glad your problem got solved! Please spare 2 minutes to fill in our quick survey: http://www.helionet.org/index/index.php?showtopic=8947
  10. Yes, I used ImageShack when creating the icons as I do not have access to Cody (HelioNet). I wonder if djbob would be willing to uplaod the Contributors badge to HelioNet, though it's no biggie... This support request is being escalated to our root admin.
  11. Sorry about the wait. I have granted you Wiki access. I'm now working on making a 'Contributor', but it is tricky when I am on my mobile. Okay - you're now a Contributor!

  13. Your main domain is getgoodlifestyle.com not getgoodlifestyle.heliohost.org. You may only use a .heliohost.org if it is your main domain - you cannot use that domain as a main domain. Change your main domain using the domain script: http://www.heliohost.org/home/support/scripts/domain
  14. Weird... This support request is being escalated to our root admin. @Exxcar - Your site is http://www.exxcar.co.cc/

  16. Mind if you re-register again?
  17. There was a weird error with your account in the database. I have fixed it now If you still see the suspended page then please clear your cache
  18. @Golden_Chang - I tried the DNS checker on my working co.cc domain and it has TTL 3600. I'm sure it's fine. This support request is being escalated to our root admin.
  19. Did you sign up with the username 'aynil'? If so, them I'm afraid I can't find any record of that account in the database.
  20. Give it 24 hours. Also, the deletion script required up to 96 hours to delete someone's account.
  21. Google that error and see if there is an alternative to the deprecated function. If something is deprecated, a better function is available and therefore that function is unavailable for use. It is impossible for us to 'downgrade' your PHP as we can only do this if we did it for every site on HelioHost, meaning that functions released on the latest version of PHP would be unavailable.
  22. Yup! @djbob - Could you add this as a cron if possible?
  23. Did you wait 24 hours? Moving Customer Service...
  24. @djbob - is there anything else you can try?
