Sorry, if your account was deleted then it is impossible to recover any data. It clearly states in the TOS that it is the user's responsibility to regularily backup their files.

Sorry, but slowness is one of e downsides of the Johnny server. Johnny runs dangerous services (ASP.NET, Java and Ruby on Rails) which can seriously affect his performance. If you do not require dangerous services, then please read up on moving your account.
