There was a weird database error with your account; it is now fixed.
If you still see the Suspended page please clear your cache.
Oh, and I'm terribly sorry, but Guests aren't permitted to post in the HelioNet forums. When I created this sub forum I seemed to have made a slight mistake with the Guest Forum Mask; I have fixed it now. If you want to post in future please sign up.

I've just tried this theory on the administrator's test account, and it seems that this theory is true!
When I opened cPanel, the pages loaded fine. However, when I went into the 'File Manager', the pages started showing 500 errors!
Good find!
Hopefully HelioPanel will solve this issue when I have time to work on it

It is possible that at the time your domain service checked, ns2 was down. What time did you receive this, and could you wait another 8 hours to see the results of the next check before I escalate this? Thanks.

If you are still having problems, please let us know which scenario you are experiencing:
1. Account Suspended Page - If you can access your cPanel but your site shows the Account Suspended Page then we can easily unsuspend your account.2. Failed cPanel Login - If you cannot login to your cPanel then make sure you are logging in through the heliohost homepage and your username begins with a lowercase letter (eg. jje NOT JJE or 1jje). If this fails, we can easily reset your password and PM/Email you a new one.
3. Both of the above cases - The administrators/moderators can investigate the matter thoroughly and attempt to resolve the issue. Please try using the renew script before posting.

i have a Q. it is possible to use VB 4.1.4 nulled !!
I think nulling is illegal, but I'm not sure. If it is illegal, then you are not permitted to host it on HelioHost since it violates our Terms of Service.
