Please refer to the news topic for further information. At this moment in time, user's websites are back online but cPanel is offline.
-
@leiban - Your welcome
The maintenance on Stevie has completed in the last two hours. However, cPanel is currently unavailable as djbob needs to reupload the license. Thank you for your cooperation in this essential maintenance.
-
Thanks for your cooperation
The reason of this instability is because we are currently upgrading cPanel to a more secure environment which is putting lots of pressure on the server.
-
Sorry, was under the wrong section in the ACP.

Stevie was offline yesterday meaning that the signup probably wasn't processed. Please feel free to sign up again.

This support request is being escalated to our root admin.

Your account, mcmanone, is in the queue for deletion.
There are currently 800 accounts in the queue and you are #63.
However, I am going to escalate this since the queue goes back to February....

I believe the server load is read from the third number listed in /proc/loadavg. The same server load can also be retrieved by admins with the 'uptime' command.
@Piotr - Actually, I think the server load we post is the current up to date server load. However, this might soon be changed to 15 minute to reduce the time taken to retrieve the load; I think xaav might be working on this now not sure though.

That issue was resolved; look at this oldtopic:

In the latest news topic, djbob mentioned that Stevie is currently finishing a upcp (cPanel upgrade). During this, many services like FTP and MySQL are intermittently offline. When this command has finished in <24 hours, everything should be working again.
-
It is hard to estimate when the upcp will finish, but I don't think it will be any longer than 24 hours.
upcp is an SSH command that will update the services like cPanel and protect them against the latest server vulnerabilities.
-
As a result of the technical difficulties we are currently experiencing, FTP and MySQL is currently non-functional on Stevie. Meanwhile, all services on Johnny are going very slow (approx 20 seconds to load) and has some intermittent downtimes.
Please refer to this new page for the latest server statuses.

We are currently testing 0.4BETA on our servers, so you may experience some downtime with the HelioPanel software and project website in the next 24 hours. Thank you for your cooperation.

Yeah, to fix the demo I just created an account on the central by editing config.php and changed the page to point to the central panel.Yeah, the demo had outdated code I'm guessing. We probably will not need a demo after #31 is fixed, since people will just login with their cpanel username and password, and heliopanel will take care of the rest. -
Yes

No, no. Just that I had just deleted his account from config.php. Should he use your account or make a new one since I just uninstalled his account?
Oh, and I have fixed the demo.
-
@kiddo, I have terminated your HelioPanel account. Please reinstall HelioPanel.
@xaav - Thanks for the info. I was going to tell him to reinstall his account anyways.
EDIT: Just seen your post xaav..... not sure what to say
