Did you create an account for FTP? Your cPanel account doesn't work for FTP.

Johnny has more features and offers higher limits for the users, so it's not as stable as Stevie. If you don't need Java or ASP.NET, Stevie is a better option for you.

Did you use something like gameofstocks.net/cpanel to log in? The link to cPanel must end in .php, and the best way to do that is to login from heliohost homepage, otherwise the logins are not counted.

That's not how it works. You are offering your machine, not the IP, and you don't hold ownership of ISP assigned IPs.

I checked your site before it got resuspended. There's no way your site would send 3000 emails as fast as Tjoene said earlier. I believe you are using a ready template for your site, which either has a vulnerable mail function, or it is purposefully made to send spam.
