Are you trying to crash the server by running over 2 cron jobs a day? The server seems to automatically remove crons that run way too often (not too often, but way too often).

I don't think Heliohost is allowing users to override PHP memory limits with .htaccess for obvious abuse reasons.

Those IP addresses are not the IP addresses of ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org. The nameserver IPs you are using belong to uni.me

It's probably even less than 100 here due to already high load, but WHM recommends to not have it installed on more than 100 accounts at once.

Estimation is exactly that, an estimation, there is no guarantee you will receive it that day. The problem is that java can only be enabled on a limited number of accounts (100 or so), so an account must lose java (usually removed due to inactivity) before another account can have java.

There is no reset feature, you have to do it by hand.

Your domain nameservers are incorrect, they need to be set to ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org. After that, it still takes up to 24 hours to become available to internet.

Considering you said you have two accounts, they were probably suspended, and if not, they will be.

So you can move your illegal files to another host? Nope. When caught possessing files for illegal purposes, you cannot recover any of your data.

Why can't these different users create their own cPanel accounts? Giving them FTP accounts to their own domains is another option, if you need to be in control.

Did you just point TK's nameservers to point your domain to Heliohost's nameserver? That obviously doesn't work. Set your domain's nameservers to ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org and it should make life easier for you, but I'm not sure if that would automatically fix the problem anymore.

It appears the server has been blacklisted by spamhaus.

"blocked using spamhaus.org" It directly says what is causing the problem. This means someone's account has been sending spam (intentionally or not) and spamhaus has blacklisted the whole server's IP as a spam source. This is why users are suspended if they send more than 50 emails a day, to prevent blacklisting, but even that is not foolproof. Please do not try unlisting the server's IP yourself, as you cannot be sure the problem has been taken care of.

Unless you made a backup, there is no way to recover your data. To prevent this from happening in the future, only install trusted plugins to an up-to-date version of wordpress as this was almost certainly caused by a malicious plugin or an exploit against an outdated wordpress.

Addon domains take up to 24 hours to become available, sometimes longer if the server load is too high.
