  1. Well I have a free web hosting company that I run to test things, so I can just host it off there. I just didn't know if it'd work or not. Everytime I do something important, it always seems to go down, so I was hoping this would be a good fix.
  2. Okay, so, I know why the MySQL server keeps going down, and that there isn't anything you can do but just wait it out. My question is if I had my MySQL Database on a different host and connected it to my site, would it still work? In my main config.php file it asks for the hostname, and that information, so would I just change it from localhost to the domain that the MySQL server's on? I really don't know much about server connections, so it'd be great if someone could help answer my question, and even possibly some instructions, or a link to a set of instructions. Thanks!
  3. Hello, I noticed that they now have .tk domains able to be registered now, and I'd like to switch to a .tk domain. But, I don't want to delete the account and make a new one, with all my progress lost. Is there a way you could change the main account domain for me? I have the domain registered, and the ns1.heliohost.org, and ns2.heliohost.org nameservers set. Just need the domain to be transferred to my account. Could this be done? Account: Jamie965 Email: jamie2051@gmail.com Domain wanted: paradisefbi.tk Thanks, Jamie
  4. I could upload the files in the File Manager provided, but I know I couldn't write the MySQL Database. Im limited to forum posting and HTML coding. And, my HTML coding is only simple things.
  5. So, I deleted everything for my sub-domain, database, files, everything. Like Krydos said to do. I re-installed everything, and didnt start to add plugins, and I went into the MyBB Control Panel, and it did the exact same thing it did before. I think the MyBB files in Softaculous are corrupted, or soemthing. I never touched the files yet, and it still is locking me out. What can I do to fix this??
  6. These plugins have worked on any other previous host I have used, and every time I try to install them on this host, it breaks it. Ive re-installed my MyBB Script on HelioHost quite a few times now.
  7. I was adding plugins to my MyBB script, to customize it to my uses, and I went in the Admin CP to activate them, and once I click on the configuration module, I have to login again. But when I click login, it takes me right back to the login part. What can I do to fix this??
  8. Ohhh, Ok, thanks, I thought it meant I made other accounts. I dont remember ever making one on this host before. But thanks a bunch! This is the best host that I have found so far, and it has by far the best support services!
  9. I had the account deleted, and I made a Stevie account, or at least tryed to. All it shows up is "We're sorry, but the daily signup limit has been exceeded. Please try again tomorrow at midnight PST." Is there any way that I can register without this having to pop up every time I click signup? I dont remember ever making any other hosting accounts from this web host, so I dont know why it wont let me. I registered the Johnny server last week, maybe 2 weeks ago. It should be letting me register again. Can somebody please try to help?
  10. So, I made an account on Johnny, and I dont really like it, it's too unstable for my liking. Id like for my account to be deleted, so I can make an account for Stevie hosting. Could you please do that for me?
  11. Where can I find the list of requirements? I dont know where I could get that.
  12. I made a subdomain, and installed eyeOS on it, via Softaculous. And it installed, and I loaded the site, and it said Account Queued. So I left it for about 24 hours, and I re-loaded the site, and it said " Internal Server Error The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request. Please contact the server administrator, webmaster@client.parafbi.heliohost.org and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error. More information about this error may be available in the server error log. Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request. Apache/2.2.23 (Unix) mod_ssl/2.2.23 OpenSSL/0.9.8e-fips-rhel5 mod_mono/2.6.3 mod_jk/1.2.35 FrontPage/5.0.2.2635 mod_bwlimited/1.4 mod_auth_passthrough/2.1 mod_wsgi/3.4 Python/2.4.3 Server at client.parafbi.heliohost.org Port 80 " What can i do to fix this, so the site will load??
