I see entries for your domain in the system for an old account with the username vnsmes on Johnny, that did not delete itself correctly.

Was that domain used on a Johnny account at one point?

The cPanel for that account is active already. Johnny accounts can take several days (I've seen a week before) to start working completely though, and only have an uptime of 73% anyway.

Personally, I'd recommend Stevie instead unless you really need the extra functionality of Johnny. You will have a much better experience with our service on Stevie. Stevie accounts usually set up in 24 hours and have 99% uptime compared to Johnny's multi-day setup and frequent downtime.

Krydos or Byron can move your account to an IP accessible in China. Escalating.

@paladox2014: I've removed your post because the information in it is incorrect. Even a shared server can handle multiple IP addresses. We actually have IPs that are accessible in China specifically for this purpose.

We do not keep database backups. I'll escalate it, but I suspect Krydos will say we don't have one to restore.

If we do have one for some reason (such as from before the MySQL repair, I think backups were made due to the nature of the fix), it won't be recent since we don't do any form of regular backup.

That script's been broken for months. It only works sometimes, and is rather picky about browser (I know IE and Firefox don't play nice...).

You don't really need to do anything. Your hosting account will expire and delete itself in due time, and the forum account can simply be abandoned.

Also, I am not surprised that email got reported. It's a textbook example of spam. I know that if it had been sent to me, it'd be flagged, reported, and thrown in spam automatically before I ever saw it.

A PC that old is probably running IE6 and likely has AOL 8.0 or 9.0 (the last version to support 9x/ME/2000) since you mention similar era software. AOL uses IE for its browser. Not too many things work right on IE6 anymore, though I'd expect it to just display improperly.

You're the same person as tirasenna with a second forum account, and based on post history, are also trying/have tried in the past to create 2 hosting accounts (tira and okelapak) which is against our terms of service. We only allow one account per person. Creating 2 accounts will result in both being suspended.

Both domains can be hosted on a single account though. Once the DNS issue is fixed, please create one account, then add your second domain in cPanel as an addon domain.

@Byron or @Krydos: The DNS entries that need to be removed are for tirasenna.com and okelapak.com.

That account does not exist. I saw your other post about the DNS entry (an admin needs to fix that). Once fixed, you'll need to sign up again.
