  1. Your PC is blocking the script from running most likely. When you log in, the cPanel pages are supposed to call back to the server to say you logged in. Some adblockers, tight security settings, and some antivirus programs break it because of how its implemented.

The first thing to do is to try another browser.

I unsuspended you again. By the way, the script is fixed for the future :)

  2. The old test account never deleted itself properly...as a result, the domain is now on Stevie, but the system still thinks it belongs to a Johnny account.

I'll escalate it so an admin can fully remove the domain for you. After that it's removed from Johnny, it may take 24-48 hours to correctly set up and start working on Stevie.

@Krydos or @Byron: Can you remove all references to account vnsmes and the domains and DNS for vnsmes.com on Johnny? The domain is on Stevie but resolves to Johnny since he used to have a Johnny account. Also, it shows domain entries in ACP->Domains belonging to the non-existent account...

  3. The cPanel for that account is active already. Johnny accounts can take several days (I've seen a week before) to start working completely though, and only have an uptime of 73% anyway.

Personally, I'd recommend Stevie instead unless you really need the extra functionality of Johnny. You will have a much better experience with our service on Stevie. Stevie accounts usually set up in 24 hours and have 99% uptime compared to Johnny's multi-day setup and frequent downtime.

  4. We do not keep database backups. I'll escalate it, but I suspect Krydos will say we don't have one to restore.

If we do have one for some reason (such as from before the MySQL repair, I think backups were made due to the nature of the fix), it won't be recent since we don't do any form of regular backup.

  5. Your account was suspended for the following reason:

    Malware. 41 file(s). PHP.Trojan.Uploader FOUND

That means that there are some malware files found on your account.

For your safety and to protect your website from potential further corruption the account has been suspended.

To find the infected files we recommend making a backup of your site, download the backup file to your computer, and scan the backup using a reputable virus and malware scanner. If you're having trouble locating the offending files please ask and we can provide more information.

If you are you certain that it is a false-positive, we strongly encourage you to file a false positive form here: http://cgi.clamav.net/sendvirus.cgi

Your account should be unsuspended now, but keep in mind that this is a temporary unsuspension. You have 24 hours starting at the time of this post to clean your account of any and all malicious files or your account will be resuspended.
