The DNS settings are correct, you shouldn't have a folder in ~/public_html, that only happens for addon domains and cPanel creates the folders on its own. I'm not sure why it isn't working in your case, perhaps an admin can look at it.

Sorry for the late response, the reason for the delay was I was contemplating whether I could trust you. This is your third high load suspension and we go by three strikes and you're out. The only reason I even considered an unsuspension here was because you said you would uninstall rapidleech, but I've finally come to a conclusion. Rapidleech isn't barred from the server but overuse of it is noticeable as it creates high load, this is your third suspension and you are just now saying you want to uninstall it. You had nearly 2 months since Krydos warned you about the issues rapidleech causes and you did nothing in that time frame. Furthermore, if I do unsuspend your account I can't verify that you do remove it nor can I verify beforehand whether there is any copyright material on your account from your use of rapidleech, which let's face it, that's what it's really used for. It is because of these factors that I will not grant your unsuspension request.

I'm not sure what you're asking, but once you successfully add your domain to the parked list in cPanel then your domain is parked.

CPanel will reflect the change in main domains, since you said you've configured gaddons.org and parked it already you'll have to remove it from cPanel's parked domains interface and use the domain change tool. This really shouldn't affect you since you're already seeing a queued page on gaddons.org, it'll be there just as long.

I'm not seeing where the advantage of using no-ip is, but if you want to link your domain without having set the NS entries the only way is with the domain change tool.

Your domains were originally blacklisted by GFI in december, since that time picrofo was suspended and cleaned his account, gourav you recreated yours, so it's possible that the reports are outdated which is why we asked a review be done. Even if we unsuspended your accounts your users would receive browser warnings about malware, which might scare them off. In the meantime I think we should wait and see what their review concludes.

Under custom DNS use ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org, then in cpanel, after waiting for your dns changes to propogate, go to parked or addon domains and add your new domain; a parked domain shows the same content as your main site, an addon domain is it's own website separate from your main domain.
