  1. Sounds like brute-force protection.
  2. Please clear your cache.
  3. Any newly added subdomains and domains show the account queued page for up to 24 hours.
  4. As you probably know your country's firewall is less than friendly, and Stevie's regular Shared IP is blocked by it. I've moved your post to the Customer Service forum, when an admin gets on they'll change your IP to one that's allowed through the firewall and let you know.
  5. I'm not really sure what you're trying to ask, but generally all you need to do to get hosting from us is to log into your registrar's system, in your case log into your godaddy account. Look for a link to a DNS changing tool and set nameseerver (NS) records pointing to ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org
  6. You'll have to wait for an administrator to come by and check, I don't have access to clamscan.
  7. Ok, resent that one yet again, this time without using a shortened link, hopefully it'll work that way.
  8. Give me a little bit and I'll resend the luizmax backup, the lanc backup is the one that bounced back, I'll have to ask an admin what to do about that. EDIT: Alright, backup link resent to luizmax, I'll delete the pwma2012 backup now.
  9. Your account was suspended for the following reason: Malware. 8 file(s). Trojan.PHP-43 FOUND That means that there are some malware files found on your account. For your safety and to protect your website from potential further corruption the account has been suspended. To find the infected files we recommend making a backup of your site, download the backup file to your computer, and scan the backup using a reputable virus and malware scanner. If you're having trouble locating the offending files please ask and we can provide more information. If you are you certain that it is a false-positive, we strongly encourage you to file a false positive form here: http://cgi.clamav.net/sendvirus.cgi Your account should be unsuspended now, but keep in mind that this is a temporary unsuspension. You have 24 hours starting at the time of this post to clean your account of any and all malicious files or your account will be resuspended.
  10. Glad your problem got solved! Please spare a few minutes to take our brief survey: http://feedback.heliohost.org/ Your participation in this survey is greatly appreciated.
  11. I actually didn't delete the account, just changed it's main domain, might need to give it some time or an admin might have to actually go into httpd.conf.
  12. Try adding your domain now.
  13. The account luizinho has been unsuspended. Backups will be emailed to the address you used to register each account. EDIT: links to your backups have been sent, however one bounced back.
  14. Mail is working just fine for me. Again I ask that you change your password, and please stop posting it, we do not need to know it and will never ask you for it, all you do is run the risk of someone seeing it and hijacking your account. I checked mail about a minute or two before I edited your post, perhaps in the 25 minutes between your post and mine an admin went and fixed it, but please try now.
  15. As our policy states, users are limited to one account, unless they provide us with a valid reason to have two accounts and ask permission. Let us know which of your accounts you'd like to keep and whether you want a backup of the others.
  16. Before we go further, luizfsj is also you right? Any others?
  17. Your account was suspended for causing high server load. I have unsuspended your account, but please try to limit the load you put on our servers as it slows down not only your site, but the sites of all other HelioHost users sharing your server. If you still see the suspended page, please clear your cache.
  18. I've unsuspended chrisch, if you still see the account suspended page please try clearing your cache. Let us know if you need a backup of your other account or have trouble adding your other domain to the chrisch account.
  19. That really isn't what we asked for anyways, what we're wondering is what your program's intended behaviour is. No, that's not all it is, the servers operate using daemon programs, meaning programs that by definition run as infinite loops in the background, so again, what was it that your program was meant to do. Yes, that's always a good plan. I can understand that, in fact I kinda like C/C++, so I bought a C/C++ CGI book for $0.28. I also love Ruby so I rewrote a C++ assignment that used functions not supported on the servers in Ruby as a CGI script, so believe me I'm quite familiar with wanting to stick with what you know.
  20. I've unsuspended S6Vtf3Sw, if you still see the account suspended page please try clearing your cache. Stevie is our stable server and we're pretty gung-ho about keeping him that way.
  21. Your site seems to be working fine for me, has all the effects and stuff.
  22. One way to do it is to have emails from separate subdomains routed to separate servers. The default to have mail routed to the cPanel webmail login is just your domain, cPanel handles the rest basically. If you do something weird like set 2 MX records with the same priority you'd have user1@yourdomain.com and user2@yourdomain.com splitting their individual emails across two servers, meaning the local server will have half the emails they each try to get and the remote mail exchanger will have the other half, which is probably not something you want. If you do something with multiple MX but different priorities then mail will go to the server with the lowest priority ranking and if it's busy/down mail will reroute to the next highest up, which may mean that the servers with higher priority may never receive a single piece of mail or it'll happen very rarely.
  23. Well, that's going to get you into trouble. We have a 2 cron jobs per user per day policy, 1/3 hrs is 8/day. Krydos will fill you in on your load stats later on.
  24. After 3 attempts I think, you'll know when if you're using cPanel as it'll tell you in bold red letters.
  25. Your account was suspended for causing high server load. I have unsuspended your account, but please try to limit the load you put on our servers as it slows down not only your site, but the sites of all other HelioHost users sharing your server. This is your second suspension for high load, another may be permanent. If you still see the suspended page, please clear your cache.
