My current DNS is 209.18.47.61/62. I'm not sure if that means anything to you. I will look at the router later, I can get into it as I have to add several ports to run my VOIP ham radio apps. I don't recall seeing anything about blocking sites but I will look. It is a Comtrend router. I could possibly bypass the router but it would be a hassle as it is in the house and I am in the barn out back. Thanks again for your support. I will let you know how I make out. Stan Engel in Ghent, NY -----Original Message----- From: HelioHost Support Sent: Thursday, January 27, 2022 2:58 PM To: wa2uet@gmail.com Subject: Re: [HH#722767] simple site I'm using Chrome too and your website loads up just fine without any errors or warnings and doesn't time out. It sounds like your router might be blocking the domain name, but not the ip address. If you can log into your router and disable any of those types of protections it might allow you to connect. It would be a setting on your router probably since it's affecting all of your computers. My router calls it "malicious sites blocking", but depending on your router it might call it something different. The other thing you could try is bypassing the router entirely by hooking your computer up directly to the modem if the router and modem are separate. That would allow us to confirm that it is the router that is blocking your connection. Do you know what DNS servers you're using? Some DNS servers filter domain names. You can use the DNS servers 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4. Those are google's free DNS servers and they work for your domain. Once again this is a setting in your router that you can change. I have no idea why your router or computers or dns or whatever the issue is thinks your site is malicious though. It's clearly not. I have tried Chrome, Firefox and Edge. I have tried 6 different computers. On this computer sometimes Malwarebytes stops the login saying something about blocked due to reputation. I click on go anyway and it times out. It times out on all browsers and computers I have. I cannot connect to my domain "wa2uetwx.heliohost.us". Only two of the six computers are running Malwarebytes. And the computer with the weather station will not connect anymore either. I will play a bit more but I am about to give up. Username: N/A, Server: N/A, Main Domain: N/A hello dear, For months we have been following the migration from the control panel to plesk and waiting to open new accounts to sign up and be able to migrate our x10hosting website to you, including due to the trust in their services. In this way we saw that for months the creation of accounts in the Tommy plan, which would be our need, is unavailable. I would like to know about the possibility of releasing an account to migrate our services. We would be grateful for the support and as a thank you by placing such sponsorship on our pages. We've been waiting since

When it type my domain name "wa2uetwx.heliohost.us" in my browser, it just times out. There are no issues on the computers according to Malwarebytes or the Defender. If you think of anything please let me know. Can you identify a reason the emails are going to your spam folder? No I do not have Malwarebytes running on all of them. And I could get to the web page with this computer with the Malwarebytes software in the past. And that is not what my web site should look like. That is just a small attachment to the page. Wonder why that comes up but nothing else does. I told Malwarebytes to allow my web page, so now when I try to open it the browser just times out. There are several JPG files for my page, do you see them somewhere? This is absolutely surreal!!! I have 6 desktop computers running in here. Only two of them with Malwarebytes running on them. I even turned Windows Defender off on one of them. I can no longer connect to the Helio web page or the control panel. They are networked but there is no way a network can block a site that I know of. Could the ISP do that? I don't think so. Everything else seems to be working OK. But I have to stop for today cuz it is frying my old brain. Thanks again for your help. (do you have a name?) Yes I see that and I have tried it a number of times without success. Would that string keep me from logging on. I can connect then it tries 3 times to logon and then fails. I am not certain where to enter that string below. But it does not seem that would prevent me from logging on. I have tried "admin" and "wa2uet" for user name and still will not log in. I have obviously logged in before else the files would not be there. The national weather window shows up for Ghent when I log onto the page but my station does not. Like you said it is in the wrong place. Now I cannot even log onto the web page because Malwarebytes says there is a malware threat and I can't get past it. But I have logged on several times before. Frustrating! I go to the web site builder routine in VWS I use your IP address to connect. I enter "admin" for ID and the password you sent carefully typed in. It does connect but then will go no further. Sometimes with the message "FTP connection failed" or "Cannot connect to FTP server". There is a window in VWS looking for "current working directory" and I fill that with the string "/home/admin/web/wa2uetwx.heliohost.us/public_html". I cannot connect with these settings. I must be missing something. I don't know what. I will continue to try but I need a break. Am I making some kind of mess at your end with all of my failed tries? I can log onto the control panel but I cannot find the FTP folder to look at what I have done. I keep trying things but I think maybe the reason that my attempts do not work is because I cannot log in with the "admin" ID. No matter what I do, it will not log in with that ID. I don't know what kind of mess I have uploaded to your site so far as I don't know how to look at it. If I should be able to look at my FTP folder with the control panel, I don't see how. I will have to let it go until I hear from you. Can't seem to get anywhere. There is a local weather site showing on my page but it is not from my station. I used that correct remote directory but maybe I am putting it in the wrong place. I did not deliberately use that incorrect directory string anywhere. Interesting.
