I've kept an eye on my ETA and I was very happy to see that, in the last couple of weeks, things started moving pretty quickly. I last checked on 5 May and I was #29 in the queue with an estimated move on 11 May (at 5 accounts/day). I checked yesterday and the ETA page doesn't display any of my account information, nor where I am in the queue, yet I also have not received an email about moving to Plesk. Can you please tell me what the status of my account is? If it's move to Plesk, how do I log in? If not, can you please tell me how I will know when I will/have moved? I really appreciate all the work you have done and are doing! Kind regards, Ray

Before I say yes to moving it, I need to know one thing. Will: 1. I still be able FTP files back and forth to my directories in my /home/daskunk space 2. my users still be able to access my web site even if I can't get around to logging in and trying out Plesk for a week or two? Hi Thanks for your rapid reply. My website needs Python3 for cgi and modules numpy and PIL Imaging library, but not Django or Flask. As it does sophisticated image processing it needs largish run-time memory. The previous version on Jonny was just sufficient but a bit more would enable larger images. The site requires python3 to work and so it is not sensible for it to be transferred to Plesk yet. Actually as suggested Helio Nodes is a protected brand name used not to confused by your scandalous free host but as a way for people to know who we are. We had no reason to know that your brand existed and we do not still. we do not confuse people as we do not offer the same services.
