Try using regular ftp but leave the port blank.

SFTP works fine for me although I normally just use regular FTP.

When Stevie comes back online, it will be like no accounts ever existed on Stevie. So yes you will need to create another account. I'll make sure this is the only account deleted: mirandaterlaak.heliohost.org

Well since Krydos never did ok it and we really don't like allowing multiple accounts on the same server, can you wait for the Stevie server to come back online for your friends account (mirandaterlaak.heliohost.org)? If I said yes to you, then I would have to say yes to everybody else. I hope you understand. btw, the Stevie server should be back online in a couple of months.

I'm assuming you donated twice right? If that's the case, then yes you may keep both accounts.

All Stevie accounts have been deleted except for backups although I think there is a problem with the backups at the moment showing the suspended page. Also are you aware your only allowed one account on the Tommy server unless you have permission for two? This will get you your backup from Stevie once Krydos fixes it: username: mirandal email: @ziggo.nl

Too bad he doesn't have access to the Moderator's forum. He'd really see what's going on with us trying to get the servers back up and running with all that we can come up with. Also the special trip the owner (Ashoat) has to make to California to try and rescue what we have left of the servers. Or why didn't he see all of the attempts Krydos made to backup all the accounts he could. Or all of us Admin. and Mods. putting in allot of extra hard work just to keep Heliohost going these last couple of months. I myself wished I still had my sites on Stevie. As much as I like the Tommy server, my older php just doesn't work as well as it did with the Stevie server. Also please don't spread these false lies about Heliohost. It's definitely NOT the truth!

@Krydos - The reason I mentioned Ghostscript is because Stevie needed it to manipulate pdf's with Imagick.
