  1. New accounts have been a little slow in coming out of queue. Give it another 24 hours.
  2. I thought I remembered reading something about htaccess files being changed at the cpanel. From the FrontPage Extension Manager:
  3. I'm seeing your site ok and when I go to this url I'm getting a password prompt. http://mamk.heliohost.org/cpanel I've never used Frontpage Extensions but I do know you can't set up password protected directories using the cpanel Password Protected Directories unless you remove frontpage extensions first. So I'm sure that is where your issue lies. If your going to use frontpage extensions than you need to set up your protected directories through it some how.
  4. Give it another 24 hours and if you still can't access your account post back.
  5. This support request is being escalated to our root admin. Domain: jswill.co.cc Username: jswill Registered: 2010-01-20 It was still showing as Queued this morning and I tried to reset it to Active but it didn't seem to help.
  6. EDIT: Please start a new topic when posting about another domain. I can change your domain name but you need to post me the domain names and your username.
  7. Your account was still showing as being queued. I've reset it as being active. Check it in an hour and let me know.
  8. Nameservers are: ns1.heliohost.org ns2.heliohost.org
  9. I'm not seeing this domain in our database: Domain Name: purerapture.co.cc User: jazbe Either it got deleted because of inactivity or you didn't register correctly. Register it again.
  10. Point your domain to: ns1.heliohost.org ns2.heliohost.org and then wait about 24 hours. Then it should show up listed in your cpanel.
  11. That's what I'm hoping the restart will do is clear that error.
  12. I think it restarts at 12:00 am PST but I'm not sure. Hopefully when it does restart it will clear it so it isn't showing as an addon domain anymore. You can then park it and that should take care of everything. If it doesn't work than that means that the cpanel folks are still working on the addon domain problem and I'll have to escalate this to the admins.
  13. I know you don't want to hear this but you need to wait for the server to do a restart and try it tomorrow.
  14. Did you try and delete it from your addon domains?

Make sure your using ALL lowercase letters. Try both the password you signed up with and if that doesn't work then try the new password you tried to change it to. If still no luck post back.
  16. You need to look for "Parked Domains" at your cpanel and add your domain there. Then wait about 24 hours.
  17. This support request is being escalated to our root admin. Domain: ninv.heliohost.org Username: ninv Registered: 2010-01-19 His site is still saying Queued.
  18. I"m seeing your golf page, try refreshing. You don't need a heliohost sub-domain because you have your own domain name. For people that don't have thier own domain name we provide them with a heliohost name like: Heliohost sub-domain http://byrondallas.heliohost.org Some people start out with a sub-domain like that and then later get a domain name and park it at thier cpanel. With a parked domain you can see your site by two different domain names. Parked Domain http://bybyron.uni.cc

    dns control

Exactly what do you mean by control dns records? What is it that you want to do?
  20. If you already have a sub-domain with heliohost, then you need to park it at your cpanel. If you don't have a sub-domain with heliohost then you can register that domain name when you sign up with us. If you don't understand what I mean by a heliohost sub-domain it would look like this: http://your-name.heliohost.org UPDATE: I'm seeing your site now. http://www.secrets2bettergolf.co.uk/ You might need to refresh.
  21. I think it probably has something to do with security since 777 is very insecure and isn't necessary.
  22. Check it again first thing tomorrow and if you still can't see your files then post back with your domain name and user name.
  23. Add that error snippet I posted to you a few days ago and check what your errors are. CHMOD your cgi file to 755 not 777 and it should work.
  24. That's OK. All we ask is that you do your best.
  25. I'm sorry but it looks like your site has been deleted. After 30 days of inactivity (logging into cpanel) you should receive an email but sometimes they have been blocked. Feel free to create another account if you want.
