  1. 1. No 2. Yeah, something like that. You can configure Frontpage through cPanel I believe. I don't know the specifics (never used Frontpage) but you can figure it out through a quick Google search. 3. That is correct. Add both ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org to your DNS config. One last note, if you recently created an account, you're going to have to wait a while for it to be created. We've had some backlog lately and so new account creation is sluggish. Working on fixing it, but that usually involves closing signups, so you should sign up ASAP if you haven't already.
  2. Wrong forum. Moved. The account queue is backlogged, I'll tell djbob to shut down new signups so that the current queue can be processed. You'll have to wait a bit longer though. Sorry.

  4. The queue is backlogged right now. I see your account but it needs more time to activate.
  5. Looks like it's still on the queue. Nothing to do but wait, sorry.

  7. When you click onto the www folder you'll see the contents of your public_html folder. The files are mirrored. I can't recreate your account but I can delete it and you can sign up again. Are you ok with that? There's a chance that it'll take forever, djbob lowered the daily sign up limit. I don't see why you couldn't recreate the files and directories you need like how everyone suggested. What type of website was it? OK, don't. But I need full step by step instructions to restore the htaccess and all files that were in the www..... Again, you have not told us ANYTHING about your website, we can't help you otherwise. Did you have files that you made yourself? Did you install CMS software? What was on your website? .htaccess isn't even necessary for a website to be functional. It depends on what type of website that you have and you haven't told us that.

  9. I'm getting it too. That's strange. The server is fine. Escalating...
  10. We usually leave it open, if you like, you can put "[Resolved]" in the title.
  11. This support request is being escalated to our root admin. @djbob, there's a bunch of accounts from 1/1/11 and on showed as queued. Are we backlogged?
  12. Done. On a side note, sudo errored so I used sudo su -c "rm -rf *" instead.
  13. Should be fixed now.
  14. What exactly were you trying to do?

  18. Something messed up in the database when I tried to edit your domain name--talking it over with djbob. We're working to fix it now.

    CPanel busy

Well according to my sig, the server load is ridiculous...
  20. Done.
  21. Username? Domain name? New name?
  22. Any domain change takes 24 hours to effect. Post back if you've waited this period and the domain still shows as queued.
  23. Did you wait the 24 hours as posted on the page?
  24. Did you wait the 24 hours? The database says your account is still queued. All you have to do is wait for it to become active.
  25. Perhaps it's your internet connection? Where are you located?
