[Solved] [SOLVED] Issue Adding Subdomain
Ice IT Support replied to tmercswims's topic in Escalated Requests
Have you tried restarting Stevie? I wonder if there is a rogue process that could be causing this (trying to edit httpd.conf or something, and then the process is called for when someone adds/removes/whatever domains and that fails because the process is already running/stuck). -
Use the script at http://heliohost.org/home/support/scripts/delete (null)

[Solved] [SOLVED] Issue Adding Subdomain
Ice IT Support replied to tmercswims's topic in Escalated Requests
Today I tried to add & remove some subdomains, and in addition to the signall 11 error, I saw this: It probably doesn't mean much, but I hope it helps! P.S. If there is any way I can help, feel free to contact me! Update: I decided to check a few minutes later and it actually was created successfully (or so I assume, because the queued page came up)! However I still can't delete subdomains. is the message I receive. -
Databases must be added/dropped through cPanel's database manager.

Eariler today I received a 'Win 7 2012 AntiMalware' program that was automatically downloaded through your ad banner in cPanel. I'm sure we all know the symptoms: deletes current antivirus makes false infection claims deletes important system files Thankfully this was easier to remove than I thought (I used system restore to the 18th). The reason I am posting this, however, is to alert you that your site is being used as a (gateway?) for malware attacks. I understand that this is out of your control because the ads are controlled by Google, but is there a way to regulate ad content or something? Signs that you are being attacked: The ad banner is blank The Java icon appears in your taskbar When Adobe Flash player is asking your permission to run, it's too late

[Solved] Php Files All Issue Http 500

I'm getting a 403 Forbidden error. -
If you are referring to the .htaccess file, it can be placed anywhere in the document. I would reccommend placing it at the top or bottom just to make it easier to find.
-
To avoid loss of data, I would recommend editing your files locally and uploading them to the server. Then this line will not be added and you have a backup. Also, it is not possible to edit cPanel's HTML editor for one user. I don't know what the admins think about this though... (null)

No. HelioHost is linux based, and most Microsoft software can not run. I would reccomend MySQL as an alternative.

No Supported Version Of Rails Found.
Ice IT Support replied to bearzooka's topic in Customer Service
Are you using the cPanel rails management? The administrators have reported that the cPanel rails tool does not function since the upgrade to rails 3. P.S. I'm not an expert on rails, I'm just repeating what I have been told. -
[SOLVED]500 Internal Server Error When Uploading Files
Ice IT Support replied to cyllibi's topic in Questions
The script code is fine. The error is that headers must be sent BEFORE the <html> tag. PHP header() manual. -
Please use this script to delete your account.

@danny0000d: What software are you running on your site? (Wordpress, Joomla, Drupal, etc.)
-
It asked me for a username & password. I'm assuming that indicates it is working.

Co.cc and Cu.cc are still supported by HelioHost. Please try clearing your cache and check to make sure the server load is low when you try to access your website.

[Solved] [Solved] Problem With Apache Handlers

I agree. Switching back would be the best way to avoid more havoc than has already been created. I personally don't mind downtime if it is the cure. -
Can't Connect To Mysql (Php)
Ice IT Support replied to zyra's topic in Website Management and Coding
MySQL usernames have the cPanel username as a prefix. Try using "cPanelname_Zyra" as your username to connect (replacing cPanelname with your cPanel username). -
A topic must be escalated for the root admin to reply. I am sure you are aware of the topic with this exact same issue in Escalated Requests. @admins It might be helpful to merge the topics? Just an idea, as you might have your reasons not to. (null)

You can always ask for feedback in the Website Managenent & Coding forum.

My screen currently displays "HelioHost Account Queued". Please try to wait another 24 hours. Perhaps clearing your cache might help as well. -
Severe Load And Mysql Time Out Occurring On Stevie
Ice IT Support replied to n30n's topic in Customer Service
I am still receiving the "Too many connections" error. I refreshed cache, etc. But at the time of posting, the server monitor stated some recent (short) downtime. -
IE9 has definitely picked up the slack in ease of use and a clean UI. It also obeys more of the standards then previous versions (as long as a !Doctype is defined). (null)
