He tried to change his main domain to ekraa.info, and it changed to that domain in the database. But the seems that it isn't changed, since the new domain doesn't work and the old domain (alzahraa.info) still points to his account.

Point the nameserver records to ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org and try to add again.

(username, server, ... ) And: The NS-records of that domain doesn't point to heliohost but to ns1.gossimer.com ns2.gossimer.com ns3.gossimer.com ns4.gossimer.com

What is your username? On what server were you registered? I've looking for an account linked to your forum account, but couldn't find any records.

The domain has been changed in the database. Currently Stevie is down, so you can't see your site. -
@anush: djbob has a job. HN is just a non-profit organisation, so he doesn't earn anything from HN. @DetreS: problems just happen, it could be running out of memory, a corrupt file, who knows?

As I recall, djbob said it's better to send it to heliohost. So it's easier for him to do the books for Helio Net.

You account has been suspended cause you were hosting stuff for hacking ect. With is against the rules. We can unsuspend your account on condition you remove all that stuff.

We are sorry, but once it is delete, there is no of getting the data back. We don't have the resources to keep inactive/deleted account on our servers. The only way is if you have made a full-backup of your site. -

What happens when you can't reach? Do you get a error message? (e.g. 500-page or so?)
