  6. It's normal that your domain doesn't work yet. It need 24h before the server has created the account. This is to reduce the load on the servers. If you still see the Queued page after 24h, try to clear your cache.

  10. That is because you are on the wrong server. For ASP.NET you need to be on Johnny. Stevie doesn't support .NET. If you want to use ASP, you can delete your Stevie account and make a new one on Johnny.

  12. Site seems to work for me. Try not to have multiple pages open (e.g. cPanel, your site, FTP, ect...). That is a common cause for the 500 error.

  25. Your account is still not deleted., i's active now. Also it seems that the domain doesn't exits. Make sure you own the domain and that the NS-records point to ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org
