Hello, is it possible to get a subdomain like 900m.heliohost.org or .whatever please? If yes, my username is garrigue This subdomain would be linked to the "900m" folder that I create in the root. this subdomain is not the main domain, juliengarrigue.com remain the main domain Thank you

All good. We can close this case but I believe other ex-cpanel users moved to plesk might face the same situation with double websites files so double space consumption. Thank you for your efficient support ?

I did something: I detached the website from Wordpress toolkit then I launched a scan and wordpress toolkit found my website again. However he found 2 websites, those I mention in my previous post. So my question is should I remove public_html (and save another 104Mb ) ? Thanks

Where is the config file please? I had a look on wp-config and .htaccess but I don't think they are the right ones. I've also noticed that my website files are in 2 directories : /home/juliengarrigue.com /home/public_html/juliengarrigue Should-I remove public_html folder and subfolders? Thank you

Hello, I'm wondering why I have garrigue.heliohost.org taking 400MB + juliengarrigue.garrigue.heliohost.org (taking a very small 0.6MB) on my "Websites & Domains" page on PLESK. I can't remove them, I don't need these resources and it takes space. The only website I'm hosting is juliengarrigue.com By the way, in the application section, I can see 3 times the application juliengarrigue.com (which is actually a wordpress application). does that means my website takes 3 times resources ? Is there a way to "clean up" this to have only one "application" ? Thank you for your help! Cheers, J

Very good improvements!

OK, thank you. Does Plesk's application installer also manage updates?
-
I would prefer to use the automated method provided by plesk. I guess it will also manage updates the same way as softaculous did. Isn't it?

Hello @krydos, I tried but it still failed. This is the email I received this morning : Could not secure domains of garrigue (login garrigue) with Let`s Encrypt certificates. Please log in to Plesk and secure the domains listed below manually. Securing of the following domains has failed: ** 'juliengarrigue.com' ** Invalid response from https://acme-v02.api.letsencrypt.org/acme/authz-v3/116277823006. Please log in to Plesk and renew the certificates listed below manually. Renewal of the following Let`s Encrypt certificates has failed: <none> The following Let`s Encrypt certificates have been renewed without some of their Subject Alternative Names: <none> Legend: [+] This domain is secure. Either the domain's SSL/TLS certificate from Let`s Encrypt could not be issued/renewed or the domain name was excluded from the certificate. Renew the certificate manually or request a new one to secure this domain. So I have been onto my CPANEL and I tried to manually create a Let's Encrypt SSL Certificate but a new error message appears: I've tried to follow the instructions but I don't have Access to IPV6 settings, neither DNS records. By the way, is it plan, in the future to have access again to this type of settings? Thank you for your help ! Best regards, J

Isn't it possible to open volunteer positions to delegate some parts of the project and let Krydos breathe?

Hello, Apparently, there is a vulnerability on Cpanel. Here is the official announcement: cPanel TSR-2020-0007 Full Disclosure | cPanel Newsroom If I understand correctly, it has been resolved on the last version of Cpanel. So, to secure our Cpanel, do you plan to update all Cpanels ? Best regards, Julien
