  4. I will see what I can help with, but just as a foreshadowing, installing apps to the root directory will cause them not to be seen or used by anyone. You are gonna wanna make sure its installed/unpacked in httpdocs or a subdirectory in httpdocs and then go to your website or website plus the directory you created to get the install process started. I usually create the database with user and password, copy that down first before i upload anything and then proceed with installation.

  18. There is no way to edit DNS through Plesk as of right now. It needs to be tweaked and implemented by Krydos. I will escalate this to him in the meantime.
