Edit: looked into it further and none of the ip addresses you logged in with are blocked. Are you sure your IP is blocked? What is the error you're getting?
There is no way to edit DNS through Plesk as of right now. It needs to be tweaked and implemented by Krydos.
I will escalate this to him in the meantime.
Domain changed. Please note that you either need to point an A record to 65.19.141.77 or use our nameservers (ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org) in order for your domain to start working and to be able to install SSL on the account.
