A lot of our documentation is outdated since it references CPanel and what we had installed on it. I would assume once all the servers are back open, one of the two people who have access to the documentation will update it accordingly.
What was the IP address?
Edit: looked into it further and none of the ip addresses you logged in with are blocked. Are you sure your IP is blocked? What is the error you're getting?
There is no way to edit DNS through Plesk as of right now. It needs to be tweaked and implemented by Krydos.
I will escalate this to him in the meantime.
