  10. If you stop paying for it, i think around 2 days or so after your vps will be shutdown and data will be kept for around 60 days? That is, if you intend for it to run until the lifespan of the current payment. Otherwise you can request a shutdown and either move the files back to tommy or just have your son use tommy.

  13. There is an category in CPanel called Metrics. Under it should be a button called Account Load. You can watch your average load there. Make sure the CPU/Load dont reach 100 or you have a high chance of being suspended.

HelioHost does not tolerate phishing activity of any kind, and for security reasons will not unsuspend, back up, or delete an account that was involved in phishing. You will need to create a new account and restore any backup you may have.   20. IP blocks are usually done when the password is incorrect multiple times. Your average firewall on a server should achive this. Logging into main login page is to prevent being marked as inactive/archived.
