  20. The only way to use ASP.NET is to have an account on Lily. You must also have an active Tommy, Ricky or Johnny account. Wolstech is the one to handle this. Would you like me to escalate this to him?
  21. You have several options: 1. Edit it right in File Manager. Just right click the file, click edit, disregard any warnings, and edit it. 2. Download from File Manager. Either double click the file or right click and select Download. 3. Use FTP software like Filezilla and download to a directory of your choice. Points 2 and 3, you can edit files on your computer with any preinstalled software like Notepad. You can also use Notepad++.
