Unless Krydos has the link to the backup, there is no way to get this until Ricky's backups are made. I personally looked and rn all I see are 4 backups in the database. I would wait for Krydos to finish first.

I have no idea how the last login will work but I know nobody is gonna get archived for being past the 30 day limit while this is going on. What I'm hoping for is that the 30 day login requirements be reset for all accounts that get unarchived once this is done.

Actually when krydos is doing is copying all the accounts to Cody, and when that is done, he will fully wipe Tommy and start over with Plesk and restore the accounts.

Eventually it will be able to be downloaded via our backups system, so at this point I think it would be best to keep it archived instead of unarchiving it only to archive it again.

What I am trying to say is you cannot have your account reactivated at this time because our cpanel license has been revoked and we are currently undergoing maintenance to rebuild the servers. Currently we are backing up all the tommy accounts and we will wipe the entire server and rebuild it using plesk instead. Until this is done, you will not be able to login to any backend. Apologies for the inconvenience, but if you must know, none of this was planned. If you want, you can have your account unarchived once the server is done being rebuilt.

Super excited. Although I'm sad to see cpanel go, this brings new opportunities. I really want to see how plesk works (I've never used it) and I'm sure this will be a new experience for everyone. Amazing, I can't wait!
