So far today since midnight server time, there are 179 accounts causing more load than you account, so it looks like your changes have worked.

Ok, it appears as if the Johnny cPanel issues are back to normal again. Let us know if you're still having issues logging in.

Yes, your account was suspended for using 788 MB which is greater than the 500 MB you're allowed to use. I have unsuspended your account. Keep your disk space usage under 500 MB or you risk being suspended again.

Do you have more than one account?

I still see
Target: ns5.he.net Target: ns1.he.net Target: ns2.he.net Target: ns3.he.net Target: ns1.madrigal.org Target: ns4.he.net
I can add the domain for you if you set the nameservers and leave them set.
Oh, this toolhttp://www.networksolutions.com/whois-search/madriaga.orgis showing ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org. Maybe there is something wrong with the other NS tool?
cPanel must use the same NS check as http://byrondallas.heliohost.org/php/tools/dns_records.php?domain=madrigal.org&rec=NS because it's still giving the error about incorrect nameservers. Perhaps it just needs time to propagate.

Your account 'bugoy' is still active and located on Johnny not Stevie. In fact your last login is today. If you want to move your account from Johnny to Stevie you can follow the instruction in this wiki http://wiki.helionet...ng_your_account
The reason you can't add madrigal.org as an addon domain is because your nameservers aren't set correctly. Delete all of this junk http://byrondallas.h...igal.org&rec=NS and change them to ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org and then cPanel will let you add the domain.
But after a few days I wanted to go back to Heliohost which is better than paid.
It always amuses me when I hear this. Thanks for the smile.

The remnants of an old account were manually removed and the new account was successfully recreated.

java.lang.OutOfMemoryError sounds to me like it's running out of memory.
Have you tried rewriting your script in a way that would use less memory?
-
Is this working now?

Maybe another admin already fixed this, but I see the self-signed certificates expiring on or around Sep 15 17:09:06 2013 GMT. Is anyone still having this issue?

Any user can change their own domain by using http://www.heliohost.org/home/support/scripts/domain but since you've been unable to do so for over two weeks now I just went ahead and changed it for you.

If you're talking about 500 errors on php files when logging into phpmyadmin or cpanel or other process intensive activities it is likely your account is hitting the process limit. If your account is at or exceeding the process limit and a php file is requested it will return 500 internal server error because your account already is at or exceeding the maximum number of processes that it can run at a time. The solution is to not open multiple process intensive activities at the same time. Connect to ftp without anything else connected; connect to phpmyadmin without anything else connected; check your mail without anything else connected, etc. It kind of is a pain, I agree, but it's there to prevent abuse. I've been looking into ways to increase or remove this limit without opening a lot of new ways for abusers to take down the entire system. One account showing a few errors during website admin activity for a few minutes is better than the entire server crashing over and over.
Certain people are able to trigger the automatic DDoS protection by using FTP. If this occurs your will not be able to connect to the server for the duration of your ban. I've never been able to replicate it myself for testing, but multiple people have reported that every time they try to download hundreds of files through FTP at the same time they get blocked. Uploading seems not to trigger it either. I suspect it has something to do with their ISP and connections not being closed properly. A solution is to use the cPanel backup utilities to create one large zipped file, and then download that through FTP. Obviously having automated DoS protection enabled is a good thing, but I'm willing to fine tune it if I can get some feedback on what normal usage does and does not trigger it.
If you're talking about FTP causing the 500 internal server error on php files then the solution is to limit the concurrent ftp processes that your client uses. If you limit FTP to using 1 or 2 processes it won't cause that error anymore. By default a lot of FTP clients use as many processes as they can which would cause 500 errors.

If your account is on johnny then this link is where you add/edit mx records http://johnny.heliohost.org:2082/frontend/x3/mail/mx.html
If you want us to add the records for you then you need to tell us what your username is, and what records need to be added.

Sorry about the delay. I found four databases beginning with your toast_ that were not accessible through your account. They have been deleted.

No need to do that yet. Do that when ur domain is gonna expire. It costs $$ to move domain.
Yeah, I know it's kind of excessive and undoubtedly a waste of money, but if someone is desperate enough to get their website working and their registrar was being dumb about it then this would be a solution to get it working.
[Solved] Upgrade Mysql To Ver 5.5
in Customer Service
Posted
MySQL is scheduled to be upgraded to 5.5 soon. There is no set date for it; we just do upgrades and stuff like this when there aren't any other more important issues to be resolved. Also keep in mind that Johnny will be upgraded to 5.5 before Stevie.
