  1. That's sort of weird. It looks like we don't have it... Try the SQLite3 library.
  2. Yeah, that isn't going to work under suPHP. You should be able to get it working with some other (rather complex) .htaccess directives, though. You would need to (using mod_rewrite) pipe all requests into a single PHP file that would GZIP everything as necessary.
  3. If you're using "php_flag" directives and the such, the reason it isn't working is because we have our PHP configured under suPHP rather than compiled as a DSO.
  4. We have the PDO SQLite extension. If there is another one available as a PECL package, try installing from cPanel. If the installation errors out or it is not available as a PECL package, let me know.
  5. Why is this necessary to perform as a cron job? You could easily check if they are inactive on the next load of the page, which is what pretty much every web application does.
  6. Unfortunately, ASP.NET is going to down for the next two weeks. We'll have to back online as soon as we can.
  7. In order for the subdomains to come online, Apache's configuration needs to be recompiled and Apache needs to be restarted. To avoid large amounts of downtime and server load, we only perform this operation once a day. Unfortunately, there's no way we can avoid this.
  8. Hopefully it was a temporary issue. I'm going to go ahead and close this thread, but feel free to open another one if the issue reoccurs.
  9. Unfortunately, I'd rather not bother with this. I don't think it'll have a significant effect, and I have enough bandwidth to handle what's coming in.
  10. Google is not authoritative. I'm pretty confident that if there was indeed a dependency, the installer would inform me of it. Give me a link to the site you found claiming I need to update gem. Okay, the mysql gem has been installed.
  11. That guide suggests that I reinstall PHP. And it's suggesting I do it from preexisting binaries, which isn't a good idea.
  12. Unfortunately, It still doesn't work. When I try to setup addon domain I get the next: "There was a problem creating the addondomain. Error from park wrapper: rodya.info is already configured". At the same time addon domain list is empty. When I open rodya.info It says: "HelioHost Account Queued". Any thoughts? Okay, try now. I am also experiencing the same problem 1. Username: cheaham 2. Default domain name: cheaham0759.heliohost.org 3. Addon domain name:88yes.info , chinatcm.info Thanks Okay, try now. Okay, try now.
  13. Can you try logging in using http instead of https?
  14. Okay, let me know if you can install the domain successfully now.
  15. If that were true, I would expect the installer to error out. Do you have any proof of this?
  16. brinthapan: that's not what I'm seeing. Try a hard refresh.
  17. I am not seeing this error. Could you try again?
