The server is Apache with mod_wsgi, and it's already running. If you stick in all the files and go to the specified URL, it should be working.

When you get the error: 1) Does it say cpsrvd or cpsrvd-ssl? 2) Does your URL have http or https?

You can't do that. Our PHP is setup under suPHP - it isn't compiled under a DSO. In other words, the php_value directive does not exist under our Apache.
