  1. xlight: neither of those domains are pointed at HelioHost. Change their nameserver records to ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org, and then try adding them again. thinkinginsex: please wait until "Server Load" under "Service Status" in your cPanel is below 4, and then try adding the domain again once. You will have to wait 24 hours after adding your domain for it to become active.
  2. Unfortunately, the cPanel Scripts Suite is no longer for distribution... I sold one license a couple of years back, but nothing after that. It handles queuing the accounts, deleting them, suspending them, etc., blah blah.
  3. You're right; it isn't. You'll need to use WSGI libraries for printing, I believe.
  4. alteisenriese: please wait until "Server Load" under "Service Status" in your cPanel is below 4, and then try adding the domain again once. You will have to wait 24 hours after adding your domain for it to become active.
  5. Did you follow the directions on the Python/Django page at our home page?
  6. Do you know Python? Do you know how exception-handling works? If yes - just catch all exceptions and output them to the page. If not - read up on exception-handling in Python.
  7. With the new server, you'll be able to compile your own library... so I think you might want to until then. Meanwhile, I think we're going to stay with a single Python 2.4 installation on Stevie.
  8. No, they're not. Didn't you fix the original problem already? If you did, you should set up custom error logging so I don't have to bother with this. 9. xtr3mz: please wait until "Server Load" under "Service Status" in your cPanel is below 4, and then try adding the domain again once. You will have to wait 24 hours after adding your domain for it to become active.
  10. Is there a particular application you need the newer Python for? Often, it's easier to just install the new library for the older version.
  11. If you're willing to provide that wrapper for the rest of our users I could put it into our Django package
  12. Okay, I'll fix it.
  13. Unfortunately, I don't think there's a way around this
  14. You get two emails before this happens. Sorry that your account didn't get suspended - the server was probably down when your account was set to be suspended. I've adjusted some things to make sure this doesn't happen in the future. Unfortunately, there's nothing I can do at this point
  15. Unfortunately, you can't get that yourself; I have to provide it. What is your username?
  16. The thing is that CentOS is not yet compatible with a higher version of Python. I'm afraid to upgrade, because I fear it will break important Python-based utilities, like yum. However, if you have shell access then a bad version of Python shouldn't be a problem - just compile your own version on shell and make your hashbang point to your version. We have no message queue server, unfortunately. Once the shell server is up, though, you should be able to install that yourself (assuming the software doesn't need root and supports the --prefix flag for configuration before compilation). Make sure you only run two cron jobs each day. That doesn't mean that only two lines can be taken in your crontab - that means that you can only schedule two runs a day. Directing people here isn't against our rules.
  17. Yes. GBASP, zonedabone: please wait until "Server Load" under "Service Status" in your cPanel is below 4, and then try adding the domain again once. You will have to wait 24 hours after adding your domain for it to become active. If it was this high when you added the domain, it could very well be the cause of the original problem. When you re-add it, make sure the load is below 4.
  18. Closed due to inactivity.
  19. alteisenriese: please wait until "Server Load" under "Service Status" in your cPanel is below 4, and then try adding the domain again once. You will have to wait 24 hours after adding your domain for it to become active. davoodtr: I see no records of that domain anymore in the system. It has been successfully erased. Follow my instructions and it will work.

  22. Sorry... a lot of people are still stuck in the queue. On the plus side, looks like you've already been processed as of right now. Your account should be up in less than 12 hours.
