  1. @Flazepe, there is no automated system, or plans to delete archived accounts. The only thing that would cause archived accounts to be deleted is if we ran out of storage space. I was curious so I ran the numbers. The average archived account takes up 29 KB, and we currently have about 3.8 TB of space available for archived accounts. So we have room for about 128.7 million archived accounts. The number of accounts we create each day varies wildly depending on how overloaded the servers are, but let's say we create on average 100 accounts per day. That means we wouldn't need to start deleting archived accounts for 3526 years. TL;DR: We don't delete archived accounts unless someone requests it. @Psoltani, I deleted your hosting account. Would you like your forum account deleted as well?

  2. The reason you couldn't create a new topic is because you were trying in the escalated forum. The way it works is you can post in customer service, and then if it's something that the moderators and regular admin can't do themselves they can escalate it to the root admins or to me. That way if I'm really busy I can just ignore the customer service threads, and only take care of the escalated requests that no one else can do. Anyways, in order to enable remote access you have to specify a database user that you want to have access to the fabiogfg_db database.

  3. The iconv extension seems to be installed already on Tommy's PHP 7.3. Do you have any .htaccess file that might be interfering with the server's PHP configuration? @Luigi123: Check for installed extensions first.

  5. The domain imediaearth.com is stuck in limbo...it's half-added. It shows in the admin tools as being on your account, but not in WHM. It also didn't appear under addons or aliases in the user cPanel, yet had DNS records that Krydos found. Reparking yielded: Park::park failed: (XID shmkf9) A DNS entry for “imediaearth.com” already exists. You must remove this DNS entry from this server or all servers in the DNS cluster to proceed. The domain imediaearth.com has been cleaned up, and re-parked on your Tommy account. Give it an hour or so, and the queued page should go away and mail should start working.

  6. Yup, we just have to wait for our root admin Krydos to also enable this for you.
