It's not possible to get blocked from heliohost.org/login. That post you're linking too is so old that our main website was still using the classic site, not the new site. Try choosing a different password, and see if that works.1 point

Downloading a file means you have an invalid .htaccess file saved in your browser cache. Clearing your browser cache will fix this and allow you to see your site as everyone else sees it. If you're unable to clear your browser cache for some reason using a different browser will accomplish the same thing.1 point

Fixed. When an account gets recreated the space goes back to 1000MB by default. The same would happen if you deleted your account and made a new one. If that happens, just let us know and we can add it back1 point
