  2. Done. You should now be able to log in and your website should start working within 2 hours.

  3. Your account was archived because you haven't logged in for quite a while. We have a limited amount of space on our servers, and occasionally we have to remove the unused accounts to make space for new users. To prevent your account from becoming archived again please remember to log in at https://www.heliohost.org/login/ at least once every 30 days. Unarchiving...

  4. Put the files in public_html and send them a link to the folder where they are. Apache generates a directory listing by default if you don’t provide an index page or disable the listings, so they can see multiple things in the folder easily. If they need to upload, set up an ftp account for them.

  5. There should be a feature in cpanel called Anonymous FTP, maybe the admins could enable it. Or, you could simply drop the file into your public_html and direct them to example.com/file.ext

  7. The only thing that I think of is by going to http://webdisk.username.heliohost.org but you would need to login using your FTP account. I'm not sure creating a guest FTP account would work or not but even if it works, the visitor might have access to your personal files. EDIT: I haven't tried this yet but creating an FTP account for your clients might work since you can have a specific directory for them to access. This way, they can't access your personal files.
