The reason I ask is because https://www.heliohost.org/login/ accepts your email address or your username with uppercase or lowercase letters, and https://johnny.heliohost.org:2083/ only accepts username and the username must be in all lowercase. If you try to enter your email address into the second it would say invalid login. Obviously the solution for you is just to login at https://www.heliohost.org/login/ as that's the recommended way anyways.1 point

If you don't want all the stuff after the domain name, rename wedding.php to index.php, then add gaya3in1weddings.tk as an Addon Domain, using the "weddings" folder as it's doc root. This will make http://gaya3in1weddings.tk/ and http://www.gaya3in1.heliohost.org/weddings/ show the same content.1 point

That's bizarre. It's says you're not suspended but your site is showing a suspended page. Manually suspending and unsuspending it didn't help either. Escalating...1 point
