  1. The I in index being capitalized might be the issue. Linux filenames are case-sensitive. Try renaming it to "index.php" in all lower-case.

  2. There isn't any way for you to check it, but if you ask in customer service, an admin can usually tell you.

  3. It sounds like you're talking about Johnny, which is indeed our experimental server. If you follow our news https://twitter.com/Heliohost/ you can see that Johnny crashed and had quite a bit of downtime over the last few days. If you need a server that is online more, and doesn't timeout requests, and less inconveniences I would recommend creating your account on Stevie which is our stable server. If you're just experimenting and uptime isn't important to you then Johnny is the best choice. We find it best to offer a nice spectrum of server options so each user can determine what is most important for them. It sounds to me like you may have chosen the wrong server for your needs.

  4. Now the problem is you typed 'www.coolworld.in' instead of 'coolworld.in' The www. part isn't actually part of the domain; it is a CNAME that is automatically created by cpanel. That's why http://www.coolworld.in/ works but http://coolworld.in/ does not. Since you're having a lot of problems with doing this yourself, I just went ahead and made the change for you to coolworld.in. It should be working within 24 hours.
