Yes, I just tried with Node version 22 that I use in my PC. I am not sure. I have just deployed the app.js according the heliohost wiki. Yes I found it when looking for solutions in Google. But as it fits my requirements to generate pdfs in Bengali it will be great if can be implemented. This app has just a simple task to generate pdfs based on a template, so I and others can Generate pdfs just from mobile without using a word processor. -

Are you using the same version of node? Is there a config file for it that you can edit? Krydos might be able to figure this out for you, but be aware that Google suggests that this library is discontinued because it used a dependency of its own (phantomjs) that is obsolete and no longer supported. Last release was in 2021... -

Username: msbsurfi Hello, I have an NodeJs app that uses html-pdf (It is needed for specific purpose: It correctly handles the Bengali Unicode characters, others like pdfmake or pdfkit cannot) runs well in my local PC environment but in plesk it shows an error regarding html-pdf. I have checked other things (file permission, directory permission are ok) and they are ok. The error shows conf_def.c file missing a equal sign but I do not find the file in plesk directory search. Can you please address the issue why html-pdf not being installed correctly. Best Regards, MD Shifat Bin Siddique

I don't typically share account usernames of other account holders. Is it possible that someone who shares your home computer or home internet connection also created an account? Have you ever logged into your HelioHost account from your work or school, where there may be other account holders on our platform that you might not even know about? Usually we just unsuspend the account the user confirms they want to keep, and leave the other account suspended. Then if the other account holder contacts us we'll investigate further. I've unsuspended the bintrestreeterm account now, please give it a few moments to get back up and running again. -

You were suspended because our Multiple Account Detection system thinks you made duplicate accounts. The first line of our Terms of Service says that users are only allowed 1 account on Tommy or Johnny. Is bintrestreeterm the account you wish to keep? -

You should be able to send the donation from your PayPal account. Please make sure you are using this link, for account moves: https://heliohost.org/dashboard/move/ After you click on the Tommy tile, you should see a blue PayPal button and a black Debit or Credit Card button. Just choose the blue PayPal button, and a popup window will come up asking you to Pay with PayPal, and login to your PayPal account. If you still have trouble, please let us know what browser you are using, and what error message you are getting. If you share a screenshot that is in a different language than English, please include a translation of any messages so we can best assist you further.

HelioHost has released a new YouTube video on how to set up a Discord bot on any of our shared hosting plans, including the free Johnny plan. Check it out and subscribe at Back in June 2021 we started a YouTube channel for HelioHost and began releasing videos on how to do various projects on our hosting. Our plan was to release a new video every 2 weeks, but then less than a month later we were forced to switch control panels. Since all of our systems, code, signup pages, and everything else were designed for our old control panel it was a massive undertaking to rewrite all of our websites and code to work with Plesk so we didn't have a lot of time to release new videos. Now that we're fully recovered, and our transition to Plesk is mostly done we decided it would be a good time to start releasing videos again. Please let us know if there is a specific topic that you think would be good for our next video. Also if you don't mind subscribing to our YouTube channel that would be a great way to get some free advertising. We are a small non-profit funded by donations so we don't have a huge budget to afford paid advertising, so the more word of mouth recommendations, the more social media likes, and the more subscribes we can get goes a long ways towards finding more users and continuing to grow. Thanks for your patience, apologies that this post was accidentally missed earlier. The reason you got errors after DKIM, SPF, and DMARC were set up for your account in December 2024 is because your account was Archived on Feb 21 2025. Looking further back, your account was Suspended for Inactivity back on Jan 22 2025, and when you still did not login to reactivate it, your account was Archived on Feb 22 2025. When accounts are Archived, they will lose their DKIM, SPF, and DMARC configuration. Most recently, I see your account was Unarchived on Feb 24 2025 and is active at the time of my post, but it's still missing the DKIM, SPF, and DMARC settings that were done for you before, because of the Archive status from back in Feb. If you don't want to login every 30 days to keep your account active, to prevent it from being archived after further lack of login, you may also want to check out our scaling server, Morty. If you move your account to Morty, you don't need to login every 30 days. As long as your account has a positive balance, your account (and any DKIM, SPF, and DMARC config set up for you) will stay active. Because I typed up my reply so slowly, Krydos had already set up the DKIM, SPF, and DMARC for you before I posted this 😄 but hopefully the above detail is helpful to you or other forum users who may see this post.

We recommend sending a real email (not just the word "test") to https://www.mail-tester.com/ to make sure that everything is set up correctly. If you get less than a 10/10 score please post a link to the full report so we can help you fix any other issues that there may be. Sorry for the slow response on this. Apparently it slipped through the cracks somehow, possibly because you replied to an old solved topic rather than creating a new topic.
