I agree it does look like it was hacked based on the mess they left in the account. Your account has been reset without a backup, and you'll receive an email shortly with instructions to start over. Hello HelioHost support, I'm currently using the Tommy server and trying to import a large WordPress template, but I'm hitting the default PHP max_execution_time limit (30 seconds), and the import is being cut off with the message: "The import could not be completed due to a low timeout limit on the server. Increase it to 300 seconds." I have already tried to increase it via .htaccess, php.ini, and .user.ini, but none of them seem to apply due to FastCGI restrictions. I also checked PHP Settings in Plesk, but I don't have permissions to modify execution time from there. Could you please temporarily raise the `max_execution_time` to 300 seconds for my account so I can complete the import? Thank you very much in advance! Best regards, Akis

Yes, you would need to use a different username for your VPS. If you absolutely want to use the username as you have now on Tommy for your VPS, we could reset your Tommy account for you, and then you could choose a new username for it.This would then free up the username to use on your VPS, but both usernames will still need to be different.

Thanks for the quick reply! When I try to create a Mars account, it prompts me for a username and then says that username (the one I currently use for my Tommy account) isn't available. I don't have a way to add a Mars account to my existing Tommy login. Do I need two separate logins?

You would need to just buy the Mars VPS, install whatever server software you need, and move your files if you want to keep them. You can have both a Tommy account and a VPS too. There is no direct migration path from a Plesk plan to any VPS plan, because the VPS comes as an empty Linux box with SSH access. If you no longer need the Tommy account, you can delete it from the dashboard.

I have a Tommy account and am interested in upgrading to Mars. What should I do to make this happen? I do not need the data currently stored on my Tommy server-- it can be deleted without a problem.

If you want everything deleted anyway, just resetting the account is a better choice. Your account is looks like a legacy transfer account, so starting over would actually fix a bunch of bugs too. That said, if you don’t want to reset your account, you want me to delete everything in the web root, correct?
