On 2026-01-16 you created a Morty account with the username ronnievillegas. On 2026-02-08 you paid $2 to move your Morty account to Tommy for some unknown reason. On 2026-02-10 you tried to create a new Morty account using the same email address as your previous account that is now on Tommy.

There is already an account on Tommy using that email address. Are you trying to create a second account, or what exactly are you trying to do?

Hi, i can't seem to find an option to change from php to node on my domain "virgofest.heliohost.us". The other 2 domains i have, they are on node by default. Do i need to ask you guys here to change it? Also, plesk has an annoying message on the lower right bottom that says "The dump of aguxone_virgofest_db is ready. You can download it." that came from when i backuped the database, but never dissapeared. Thanks in advance

Ops… sorry! I didn’t see your previous message - my bad Yes, I already created a flask.wsgi file, and I know that WSGI Control Access uses at least 260 GB of memory per day, so my bill will probably be around $1.91 or more per month.

Can you try opening the link in the invite email again using something Chromium-based (Chrome/Edge/Brave/etc.) and see if it will let you finish the registration?

[Solved] Email limit on subscription is 0?

A subscription limit of 0 means you've been blocked from sending email. Users are limited to a maximum of 50 emails per day. Your account sent 73 back on October 25 and lost its ability to send email as a result. Note that for our accounts, we count by recipient so a single email sent to 2 people will count as 2 emails. I've gone ahead and reset it for you. You should be able to send email again shortly. -

Hello, I recently upgraded to Morty to improve my website performance and to future-proof a bit. When I try to send outgoing email - I get a message "The mail limit has been reached." I found the subscription for my account and apparently the limit is set to 0? On my domains I can set the limit to 50 messages per hour, and on mailboxes 10...so I am just wondering if 0 as the limit on my subscription was intentional or a bug. Thanks in advance!

The peel and jobs subdomains have been removed. Please note there is a risk of data loss when domains are removed, since the folder for the domain inside Plesk will be deleted. I made a full account backup for you before I removed the domain, in case you need any of the old files. Please note that it may take up to 2 hours for the changes to take effect, and they will not work until you set up your DNS with your domain registrar.
