Hi, my account has been suspended. I'm not certain which part of the terms of service I have breached. I have one public facing static website and and a non-public website I use for receiving user submitted error reports for free software I develop. If the issue is with the error reporting service, I can remove it and host it elsewhere, but I'd like to continue hosting the static website if possible. Thank you.

Good afternoon; Since early this morning, been having some issues with accessing my site at https://news.burken.com A couple of things I noticed and wondered if it had an impact: I've always logged in and accessed my account via tommy.heliohost. today I noticed I'm on morty2.heliohost. Did my subscription to tommy lapsed? I am able to access all my other sites except for the one mentioned above. I have looked at the log files but can't figure out what could be the issue. Fixed missing DNS zone.

I recently reactivated my account, but I've noticed that my domain is currently inaccessible. When I try to load my site, I get a "This site can’t be reached" along with the error code DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN. Could you please help me resolve this issue? Thank you!
