If you're talking about this CNAME 149.191.19.65.in-addr.arpa. 86385 IN CNAME 149.subnet144.191.19.65.in-addr.arpa. your friend doesn't know what they are talking about because that is how reverse DNS control is delegated to subnets that are smaller than /24. The only way it could be removed is if we either bought the entire /24, which costs $256 per month, or contacted our ISP every single time some VPS user wanted to change their reverse DNS. If your friend is talking about "should only be one present" meaning one PTR record between both IPv4 and IPv6, once again they have no idea what they're talking about because if your VPS sends email via IPv6 then that PTR is used and the remote server(s) don't even know about the IPv4 PTR. Likewise if your VPS sends email via the IPv4 then the IPv4 PTR is the only one that matters and remote server(s) have no idea that the IPv6 PTR even exists so they can't possibly interfere with each other.

As above, this is due to the maintenance on Johnny. The background service needed to renew an account is not running at this time because of the maintenance. Your account is in the queue to be renewed though, and will finish renewing automatically when the service is eventually restarted. I don’t have an estimate as to when that will occur.

Hello everyone, My script created the directory /arniskali.com/bma/static/imagens_conteudo to store some images, but it ended up with the permissions rwx r-x r-x and the owner apache apache, so I’m unable to interact with it. Could you do a chown on this directory to talesaz psacln rwx rwx rwx? Thanks! I’m on the Morty server.

WSGI control access has been enabled on the domain arniskali.com. To restart your Flask app and load new code changes in simply edit /home/talesaz.heliohost.us/arniskali.com/bma/flask.wsgi. WSGI control access has been enabled on the domain thelema93.com.br. To restart your Flask app and load new code changes in simply edit /home/talesaz.heliohost.us/thelema93.com.br/oeto/flask.wsgi. Adding a blank line, removing a blank line, adding a space, or removing a space are examples of editing the file. As long as the last modified timestamp changes it will clear the server cache. Let us know if you run into any issues.

(require_once include) but unfortunately due to open_basedir restrictions I can not do that. I have changed the value for open_basedir = none in php.ini using hestiacp but it do not work.
