Hi there, Please could you set up SPF, DKIM, and DMARC for my domain 'ngo.helioho.st' and it's associated alias. In Plesk’s “Track Email Delivery” I see messages leaving the server, but Gmail is bouncing them with error 5.7.26. In Mail Settings for ngo.helioho.st, I tried to turn on 'Use DKIM spam protection system to sign outgoing email messages' in Plesk but it shows “This option is not supported”, so I can’t enable DKIM myself. Could you please: Enable DKIM (and SPF and DMARC ) for full mail options for ngo.helioho.st, and Let me know what SPF / DKIM records or settings you recommend for authenticated sending, and/or confirm that I can/should instead use an external SMTP service for sending and if so, what are the recommended settings so that i can implement for my other domains when the time comes without having to bother you? You won't be able to choose any other OS than what is listed and you cannot use your own isos. if you would like to request an OS we can probably upload it and have it added to the available OSes. Don't know the answer to the 2nd question, Krydos or wolstech can offer a better answer on that than i can.

It is mentioned that we can install anything on a vps server, does booting the vps for a different OSes like BSD would be allowed and possible? 2. There are two options to purchase: the monthly option, and the per 6 month option with 10% discount. If I chose the monthly option for one-time just to have a trial, can I still choose next the per 6 month option, but still get the discount?

You can accomplish this by uploading and extracting the plugin in /wp-content/plugins folder. and once you go to the plugins section of the WordPress dashboard, it should appear there ready for you to activate it.

Debian isn't a common OS that users order for a VPS so we don't really add a new release unless necessary (such as an OS going EOL). Ubuntu is recommend because it's more user friendly and easier to use than Debian, also with Ubuntu it will install itself unlike Debian which requires a manual build which can take a while depending on what time you order the VPS. Yes, you will be able to upgrade by clicking the upgrade button of your VPS account on the heliohost.org page. 6. The VPS would try to renew on the due date. if it fails, we'll let it retry for 5 days then on the 6th day, we'll email you and ask if you would like to setup a new subscription. if the email is ignored, then the VPS will be shut down and we'll hold onto the data for 36 days in case you would like to come back. if you ever need more time to make a payment, we would be more than welcome to give you an extension until you are able to do so.

Good day, I am considering to purchase a vps plan but I still have some queries in mind that I would like to ask. I'll just list them down below. Would purchasing a vps will separate from the current Tommy plan? and can I go back to Tommy, if ever? Why there no option for Debian 13 (doesn't matter much to me tho, just curious)? and why ubuntu is the recommended (any perks included?)? Is it allowed to change os if ever? Would it be good if I also use it as email server for personal emails, even when I only purchased the 1gb mem 2cpu with 50gb storage? Is it easy to upgrade the memory, cpu, and storage if I needed more? What will happen if for some reason the user didn't pay the monthly payment? would all stuffs in the vps get deleted? Thank you.

Thanks! I’ve pointed ngonike.dev and www.ngonike.dev to the IPs shown in Plesk via A/AAAA records on my Squarespace DNS. Both domains should now serve the same site.

You can bypass the upload size by manually uploading the file through the plesk file manager. Are you trying to upload a Wordpress plugin?

Alias added. Be sure to configure DNS for the domain at the registrar (either use our name servers ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org, or use A and AAAA records pointed to the IPs Plesk shows for ngo.helioho.st). The domain can take up to 2 hours to function.

Your DNS records are wrong. You received this email 7 hours ago which you ignored You're welcome to use external DNS, but if you do we can't change the A and AAAA records for you. If you use ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org we can update your DNS records for you when you move between servers which results in zero downtime, but since you're using external DNS you have to manually update the DNS records as the email instructed you to. Failure to change the DNS records results in a 503 from Tommy for a few hours, and then a queued page after that.

This is usually caused by high server load on Johnny and is very common. Your website looks to be working correctly for me at the moment. I was able to open the portal subdomain and store subdomain without issue. See https://wiki.helionet.org/504_Gateway_Timeout
