You were suspended for hosting a proxy, which is against our terms of service. If you're interested in continuing to host a proxy, you'll need to purchase a VPS, otherwise we can reset your account on the condition that you will not host another proxy.

Thanks! The name is "scouting" on Morty. I used my private email address for the payment. Apparently, that's also automatically used for the HelioHost account. Can it be changed to "arjan.snijders@scoutingschipluiden.nl"? Not a big problem as it stays like this.

Virtual environments for Flask don't work on Morty, Tommy, or Johnny. So you have a few options: Use Python CGI instead of Flask. CGI can use a virtual environment on Morty, Tommy, and Johnny. Use Flask and request the modules you need installed globally. Switch to a VPS plan where you have root SSH access to create as many virtual environments as you want. https://heliohost.org/vps/
