Your account has been unsuspended. it might take a little while to start working again. Note that if other students sign up, we'd need to know their usernames as well to avoid this happening again. Please let us know if you need anything else.

[Solved] Suspended: Dina11
free_Dina11 replied to free_Dina11's topic in Suspended and Queued Accounts
thank you very much! i am very happy about this thanks for your help 😃 -
Yeah he was the other one who already asked for his account back. School networks and education accounts are a common source of false multiple account suspensions here. I've asked to have these accounts whitelisted so they won't get flagged again, and I'll unsuspend you once I hear back about that.

Your domain is now working. Since you said you no longer want the reset if the content loads, I'll go ahead and mark this solved for you.

[Solved] Suspended: Dina11
free_Dina11 replied to free_Dina11's topic in Suspended and Queued Accounts
OK, i can explain I am studing at school and we have a lot of school computers. One day my friend(his nickname is amogus22877769) told me about heliohost and i registered my acc here, but my friend also logged his acc at school computer, so we had the same ip adress. you can check him, he has another registration ip at the same city and he was unsuspended about a week ago. Please unsuspend me too, because we are two different people and we just use the same school ip while studing at ict! If u need more proofs i can film us together with our two different accs -
That account is still pending domain setup. Give it another half hour or so, then clear your cache and it should work fine. As a reminder, the domains on an account can take 2 full hours to work once the account is created, sometimes a bit longer if server load is up. Your account was created 1 hour and 43 minutes ago...

if the website goes live with my content then don't reset otherwise reset it. Thanks

username is hriztech Reset my account, I will again setup fresh.

Can you explain why we're seeing the same device being used to log into two different accounts? We're fine with different members of a family having an account, someone having a personal and business account, etc. We just need to know in advance and you need to make sure you do not cross-host content (cross-hosting is the idea of spreading a single website's content across multiple accounts, usually to avoid the disk space or resource usage limits, and can take the form of putting assets for one website on another account, hosting subdomains of a website on the second account, etc.).

[Solved] NodeJs dependency are not correctly being installed
Krydos replied to msbsurfi's topic in Escalated Requests
Johnny runs Alma Linux 9, and PhantomJS hasn't been updated for 9 years. The errors you're seeing are because Johnny has too new of an OpenSSL that PhantomJS doesn't understand. I believe there are also some issues with other dependencies such as glibc too. I tested PhantomJS on Ubuntu 24, and Ubuntu 22. Neither works. You would have to build an Ubuntu 20 VPS to run PhantomJS, but that operating system reaches end of security support in 1 month, and active support ended 2.5 years ago. -
You were suspended for having more than one account. Users are only allowed to have one account. It looks like the other account was unsuspended already, so this one can't be unsuspended unless you can prove there are two separate people using these accounts.

If the system won't let you use Paypal balance for a purchase, try sending the money manually. Try this link to send us money: https://paypal.me/heliohost Or you can try to Paypal the money using the email address admin@heliohost.org Once you get the money sent, post the transaction ID here. An admin will need to manually verify the transaction and move you if you do this, so it may take some time for you to be moved.

[Solved] NodeJs dependency are not correctly being installed
msbsurfi replied to msbsurfi's topic in Escalated Requests
Yes, I just tried with Node version 22 that I use in my PC. I am not sure. I have just deployed the app.js according the heliohost wiki. Yes I found it when looking for solutions in Google. But as it fits my requirements to generate pdfs in Bengali it will be great if can be implemented. This app has just a simple task to generate pdfs based on a template, so I and others can Generate pdfs just from mobile without using a word processor. -

[Solved] NodeJs dependency are not correctly being installed
wolstech replied to msbsurfi's topic in Escalated Requests
Are you using the same version of node? Is there a config file for it that you can edit? Krydos might be able to figure this out for you, but be aware that Google suggests that this library is discontinued because it used a dependency of its own (phantomjs) that is obsolete and no longer supported. Last release was in 2021... -

Username: msbsurfi Hello, I have an NodeJs app that uses html-pdf (It is needed for specific purpose: It correctly handles the Bengali Unicode characters, others like pdfmake or pdfkit cannot) runs well in my local PC environment but in plesk it shows an error regarding html-pdf. I have checked other things (file permission, directory permission are ok) and they are ok. The error shows conf_def.c file missing a equal sign but I do not find the file in plesk directory search. Can you please address the issue why html-pdf not being installed correctly. Best Regards, MD Shifat Bin Siddique

[Solved] Request account unsuspension
KazVee replied to bintrestreeterm's topic in Suspended and Queued Accounts
I don't typically share account usernames of other account holders. Is it possible that someone who shares your home computer or home internet connection also created an account? Have you ever logged into your HelioHost account from your work or school, where there may be other account holders on our platform that you might not even know about? Usually we just unsuspend the account the user confirms they want to keep, and leave the other account suspended. Then if the other account holder contacts us we'll investigate further. I've unsuspended the bintrestreeterm account now, please give it a few moments to get back up and running again. -

[Solved] Request account unsuspension
KazVee replied to bintrestreeterm's topic in Suspended and Queued Accounts
You were suspended because our Multiple Account Detection system thinks you made duplicate accounts. The first line of our Terms of Service says that users are only allowed 1 account on Tommy or Johnny. Is bintrestreeterm the account you wish to keep?
