The document root by default for domains is already httpdocs so it wouldn't have to be changed. -

So it's the 4th. I just took a quick look at the post history and counted the unique titles (which apparently were not unique...). Yeah if this happens again something will need to change.

Since you mentioned a CSV file, I assume you mean the plastenik.csv file that's 964MB. The file has been deleted and your account has been unsuspended. This looks like the second time you've had this happen. Please avoid uploading this file again, or if its being generated by your software, please modify your code to cap the file at a smaller size like 500MB so the account doesn't fill up. If this happens again, we may require you to purchase additional disk space or modify your code in order to be unsuspended. The domain may take a little while for the 503 error to clear and start working again.

Your account was suspended because you exceeded your storage limit. You have 3 options to regain access to your account: You are able to regain access to your account immediately without waiting for an admin by increasing your account's storage space. This storage space upgrade is good for the life of the account, and has no monthly cost. Tell us which files you would like deleted and an admin can delete them for you to get you back under your current storage limit. If you're not sure which files are taking up all of your space an admin can provide a detailed storage space usage report for you. We can also reset your account for you which deletes all files, deletes all settings, and restores your account back to the default state with 0 MB of storage usage.

The file in question is a backdoor (web shell) that allows whoever included it in that theme to access your account and do whatever they want, including upload and download files, dump your databases, and similar. Your index.php also contains malware, probably put there by the attacker. Malware accounts require a reset without a backup in order to be unsuspended, which permanently deletes your account's contents. Are you ready for me to reset your account? -

No, there's still a 10 domain limit per account. However, you are allowed to have more than one account with Morty, so if you need additional domains, you can just buy a second account.

Dear Sir, My username is: argoma , i'm begineer on website management experience .I would like to reset my account since I lost access because I exceeded the 1000MB limit. I think it happened because I didn’t consider that laravel unzip need more space. I tried to access via FTP to delete unnecessary files, but the account is blocked. So, with no other option, please delete everything and I will start over. I'd also like to change the domain's document root from /httpdocs/public to /httpdocs (if possible)
