The duplicate account issue has been resolved here: https://helionet.org/index/topic/64431-solved-request-unsuspension/#comment-289806 I'm marking this thread as [Solved], please create a new thread for any new support requests. Thanks! π

The only way to completely remove Laravel is with an account reset, as you mentioned above. Because account resets are destructive, we recommend creating an account backup, and downloading it to your local machine, before asking for an account reset. If you just make an account backup and leave it in Plesk, it will be wiped out of Plesk during the reset process. We've had users confused about this before so the importance of actually downloading the backup to keep it safe outside of Plesk is something I like to mention. You can read more about how to make an account backup here: https://wiki.helionet.org/Account_Backups Once you've downloaded the backup, please let us know when you're ready for the account reset and we can start that process for you. π

The mozshops.store (which automatically works with the www prefix as well) was added for you on May 20th. The wildcard prefix is not supported. You can have up to 10 subdomains/domains on your account, so please let us know if you need more added. π

Question regarding domains registered on my hosting (b3t0r0ck)
KazVee replied to b3t0r0ck's topic in Customer Service
Your betograf.cl domain is not a subdomain of elrincondelaweb.cl. A subdomain of elrincondelaweb.cl would be something like "myawesomesubdomain.elrincondelaweb.cl". Inside Plesk, you will see an httpdocs folder for your elrincondelaweb.cl domain, because that's your main domain. Because of how Plesk works, your files for your 2nd domain of betograf.cl will be inside a folder named "betograf.cl" but this doesn't mean they're in any way related to the main domain. Right now, both domains already have the ability to be managed independently. We can definitely remove the main elrincondelaweb.cl domain for you if you want. The steps we need to take to accomplish this will be: 1) Remove (for now) the betograf.cl addon domain, which will delete the folder for it (and all content) within Plesk. 2) Switch your current main domain of elrincondelaweb.cl to be the new main domain betograf.cl instead. This will delete all the files related to elrincondelaweb.cl completely. 3) You will then have a fresh empty folder in httpdocs to put your files for main domain betograf.cl which you will need to rebuild. Since a main domain change involves data loss, please make sure you create an account backup and downlad the backup to your local machine first. You can read about how to create and download backups of your account here: https://wiki.helionet.org/Account_Backups#Making_Your_Own_Manual_Account_Backup You can read more about what's involved with changing your main domain here: https://wiki.helionet.org/Changing_Your_Main_Domain If you still want to change your main domain to betograf.cl and get rid of elrincondelaweb.cl after you have made your backup, please let us know and we can make the changes for you. -
Dear all, I would like to know why the domain betograf.cl is registered or remains a subdomain of elrincondelaweb.cl. I would like to consider keeping them on a par with each other with independent registrations, so that we can manage them differently. In case this isn't possible, Please leave the domain betograf.cl as the main domain, as I will focus more on that domain from now on. Thank you very much in advance. omar toledo b3t0r0ck

I've changed your domain to "thestreetartlist.helioho.st". If you'd like to use your custom domain with another provider, you can reset your nameservers to Namecheap's provided defaults. Your domain should be updated in a little under 1.5 hours.

Are you aware that WSGI control access will use about 260 GB memory per day which will cause about 3 cents per day overage charges?
-
Hi, Could you please enable WSGI control access forhttps://livre.heliohost.us/livre on the Morty server? The username is azevedotales@outlook.com. Thanks!
-
Is it possible to revert the domain to just a base heliohost one? I don't honestly remember if it had one in the beginning or if it required a custom domain in order to set it up. I'm in the process of gradually shifting things over to a new site and would like to use the domain that I have here (and be able to connect to a different email provider). Is this possible? If not, perhaps I could use a subdomain? At the moment, Namecheap is showing that the nameservers are managed by Heliohost, so everything's a bit locked down. The domain is "thestreetartlist.com"

Thank you to everyone who helped beta test our WSGI restart access for Flask and Django apps. We now have enough data from the testing to end the beta. We have determined that enabling WSGI restart access uses at a minimum 260 GB memory per day per domain. Obviously this is a death sentence for any Tommy or Johnny account, since you're only allowed to use 200 GB per day, so WSGI restart access is now a feature only available on Morty. We have gone through all of the accounts on Morty, Tommy, and Johnny and disabled the WSGI restart access so there are no surprise suspensions or surprise bills. If you're on Morty and your WSGI access was removed please feel free to re-request it. If you do request WSGI restart access on Morty for one domain be aware that you're probably looking at a bill of $1.91 or more per month as long as it is enabled. If you enable WSGI restart access on two Morty domains you'll probably end up paying about $5.86 per month. Being able to clear the server cache is definitely helpful for debugging your Flask or Django app, so if you want to enable WSGI restart access on Morty temporarily for debugging, and then disable it for the lower bill later, that is fine with us. Please be aware that we attempt to respond to all support requests as quickly as possible, usually within an hour or two, but occasionally it can take up to 24 hours to complete if it's a holiday, the middle of the night, we're all busy, etc. etc. 24 hours of WSGI restart access only costs about 3 cents though, so no need to panic.

Emails unable to be sent/received on VPS even with correct PTR Record
KazVee replied to ocarina's topic in Escalated Requests
This support request is being escalated to our VPS admins who will be able to assist you. π -
We don't downgrade modules because that is pretty much guaranteed to break someone else's site unless we know for certain that you're the only one who is using the module. Since the modules is already installed on Tommy that means someone is probably using the newer version. Here are your options: Move to a VPS where you have root access to install whatever version modules you want https://heliohost.org/vps/ Move to Morty where pydantic isn't currently installed so we know we won't break anyone's site by installing an old version. https://krydos3.heliohost.org/pyinfo/info3.12.py If you can use Python CGI instead of Flask we can set up a virtual environment for you using the old version.

Yep, just ask for a new domain in a new topic. You can ask for multiple at once if you want as well. You can have up to 10 domains on an account. If you need to exceed 10 domains, or you're insistent on having multiple accounts, you're welcome to buy a Morty account. Users are allowed to have as many Morty accounts as they want since they're a paid service.
