There is no exception for tabbygarf.club. The reason it doesn't get disabled is because you have your MX record set to tommy.heliohost.org. It looks like the new domain doesn't have an MX record yet, so it would get disabled unless you fix that. -

Domain added. I assume for the exception you're referring to having it excluded from the domain cleanup so you can use it for MX but not host it here otherwise. Krydos can assist with that part (I want to say that cleanup process can detect the MX being set to tommy and automatically ignore it, but not sure on that...). - Today

Not sure if I am at the right section of the customer support to report this but just made a donation Transaction ID: 34611125JC9001140 Does my files automatically get back to Morty or do I have to request it? I did receive the notification to increase my donation but it slipped my mind until now. Thanks Duuuhhhh... just received the email about account moving to new server. Guess that solves the above.... Hi, I would like to add domain miaou.vip to my "bulletin" heliohost account and have the same exception that was setup to tabbygarf.club so i can use it for emails. (have it not turn offline every 48h or so because i dont have any files hosted in the folder or whatever) Thank you! -

Unsuspended. Tommy accounts still have the 30 day login requirement. If you want to avoid that, you need a Morty account instead. Morty accounts are exempt from activity requirements, but they have a recurring charge just to exist ($1/month) in its place. They're also immune to load suspensions, but there's usage fees if you cause excessive load instead (Morty accounts include 200GB memory/10k CPU per day in the base $1/month charge, so if your site never exceeds those, you'll never pay usage fees).

Of course, this account is the paid one, and the other is the free version — so logically, I’m keeping the paid account. Also, I have a question: will the paid account remain active even if there’s no activity for 30 days, unlike the free one which gets disabled? -

You're actually suspended for having more than one account, not for the content on the account. Users are only allowed to have one account. Which account do you want to keep?

What is the reason for needing a second account instead of just adding a second domain to your existing account? Will someone else be maintaining the site you're migrating that you don't want having access to your personal site? If you're the only one who will be maintaining this, adding a domain would be a better way to handle it. (I did cancel the pending suspension for your personal account by the way, just need to get the second account figured out )

Should be fixed. /tmp was full on Morty due to 3.7GB of passenger error logs clogging it up. -
That error is usually on our side and is usually caused by /tmp being full... thanks for reporting it, we'll look into it and get it cleaned up.

Apparently it seems to be a problem related to the database that goes to write to the temporary folder /tmp, and it fails so the entire database of the server is down, same thing when I try to access from heliohost directly, which tells me that the credentials are incorrect, and I hope it is a problem related to the database and not that you have suspended my account, also because you would have no reason to terminate it, if not for the accesses from giuliodinatale2006@icloud.com and lombardonicolo49@gmail.com with the same ip address, but it is because my friend is developing my website and we are also together at the moment

Hi, the website isn't working. The main website's HTML page works, but when I log in to Easy Appointments, which I installed on the server, it gives me an error 500. I tried logging in to Plesk My friend, who also installed Easy Appointments on his server, has the same problem.
