  2. It looks like you paid $19 for $24 Morty prepaid balance. This isn't a subscription. It's just a one-time payment, so there is no billing zipcode or any billing information at all really saved. $24 balance at $1 per month generally lasts people 2 years, but if you have any memory or CPU overages it could shorten the time. You can add to your prepaid balance at any time if you want, but right now your estimated expiration date is 2027-09-21. We'll email you once a month to keep you updated on how your balance is being used. If your balance goes all the way to zero we'll email you one last time to ask you if you want to increase your prepaid balance, and if we don't hear from you your account gets moved to Tommy, and will then require logins every 30 days to stay active. If you fail to login the account is archived, and you can renew it at any time through our website. TLDR: You didn't signup for a subscription.
  3. Stripe I think Krydos has to cancel it and then just have you create a new new subscription. That platform is relatively new for us, so integration for stripe on our end is decidedly lacking... Escalating to see if Krydos can handle this for you.

  6. Okay, thank you. I believe I paid with Stripe via your website, but no option was given to login or signup, as I do not have an account. Usually most services have some kind of link the their Stripe or PayPal billing page, where items can be updated.

I've checked with the rest of the staff and because we're switching the main domain to be an addon domain, it's best to do a full account reset so the domain switching doesn't break anything on your account. I've now reset your account, and you should receive an email shortly so you can take the next steps to recreate it. Please make sure to enter the domain you want as your new main domain. Once the account has been recreated, let us know and we can then add the other addon domains and the subdomains you wanted.   18. Yeah, your account definitely didn't reactivate correctly. This happens sometimes on Johnny due to high load and the number of accounts. I manually reactivated it. Is everything working now?

  22. For PayPal: once you login, click on your profile in the upper right hand corner > Account Settings. Click on "Money, banks and cards". There you can update your billing preferences. Not sure about Stripe, but I'm sure it's not too different.

  25. Removing the current main domain would delete all the content in it. We could re-add it as an addon domain, but you'd need to re-upload your content. I'd recommend you make an account backup, and download it to your local computer first: https://wiki.helionet.org/Account_Backups#Making_Your_Own_Manual_Account_Backup Then we can make the domain changes for you, and you can then rebuild the new domain with the backed up files. Please let us know once you've made the backup and downloaded it.

I don't know if I can keep brunomanoelfb.helioho.st, but if so, I would like to keep with it, but transfer all my current content from playersdb.brunomanoelfb.helioho.st to playersdb.app. Is it possible? I've upgraded today to Morty plan, so I don't know if we can transfer before recommended 6 hours, anyway...

You didn't say anything "wrong" like rude or anything so please don't worry about that, and your English is great! 🙂 I can't speak for others but this part of your request wasn't clear to me so I skipped it for someone else who might understand it better: "Old playersdb.brunomanoelfb.helioho.st will become the main page (playersdb.app), so, please, delete playersdb subdomain". Do you mean you want to make playersdb.app the new main domain?
