I was not aware that HelioHost allows only one account per person across Tommy and Johnny. I sincerely apologize for my mistake. I would like to keep this account (kalairohith07@gmail.com). If necessary, you may permanently remove my other HelioHost account. I kindly request that you review my account and consider restoring access to this account. Your account was moved to Morty because we determined during a routine compliance audit that your account is being used to host a commercial website, which is not permitted on Tommy or Johnny due to our discounted Plesk licensing on those servers. From our terms of service: You should have received an email similar to the below, however because you were one of the first accounts moved, it's possible it moved before the email notification was in place. You'll need to prove the websites on your account do not belong to commercial businesses, start paying for Morty, or remove the commercial websites before the trial expires.

Good afternoon; Since early this morning, been having some issues with accessing my site at https://news.burken.com A couple of things I noticed and wondered if it had an impact: I've always logged in and accessed my account via tommy.heliohost. today I noticed I'm on morty2.heliohost. Did my subscription to tommy lapsed? I am able to access all my other sites except for the one mentioned above. I have looked at the log files but can't figure out what could be the issue. When testing the SSL, the DNS points to tommy and comes back unreachable or unverified. Any help on this would be appreciated. chrisohps Thank you.

  21. I recently reactivated my account, but I've noticed that my domain is currently inaccessible. When I try to load my site, I get a "This site can’t be reached" along with the error code DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN. Could you please help me resolve this issue? Thank you!

  23. Also be aware that support requests can take up to 24 hours. After 24 hours, then we encourage users to ask about the status of this request in case it was missed. However only waiting 13 hours and bumping the post with just "???" is considered spam and will push your request further down the list of being fulfilled.
  24. Domain changed. The IP addresses needed for the A and AAAA record can be seen in Plesk. For email: For mail server (MX record) should be tommy.heliohost.org For SPF, use the value "v=spf1 include:tommy.heliohost.org ~all" For DKIM, you'll need to enable it in Plesk, and once enabled, hover over the ? symbol to see the records. They are unique to your account so we cannot provide them here. The domain can take up to 2 hours to function.
